Like for myself, I don't have a PS3 but I have a few ways I can watch YouTube videos on my TV. The only legal way to watch One Piece for free online is to use something like Hulu. If you want to watch it on the tv but free.... try putting one piece on your laptop (if your using one) then plug some kind of cord (i forgot ill ask my brother later) then plug it into the tv and bam! you have everything on your tv!
