Obviously, it's possible. If it happens, I think it'll probably be due to something Xehanort has done once he has returned. He'll probably damage the pathways between worlds and Yen Sid will give Riku and Sora their own armour so they can find him and stop him or something like that.

I have a feeling so after 3D, more like a 50/50 for me. I am just wondering how is Riku gonna get to other worlds since he is now pulled into the mix? As seen near the end of KH2 he can't use portals anymore (that was his ONLY transportation then) to me he would be most likely to go on a glider like TVA and co than hang in a Gummi Ship with Donald and Goofy (LOL maybe he can borrow Mickeys star shard and fly awayXD), not sure on Sora though when it comes to venturing with Donald and Goofy. With the armour, it does look like to be a Land of Depature thing, and I like the armour D:

As cool as it would be, i'm gonna say no. Even though Riku would look good in armor "Mr.Knight"

 

The whole purpose of armor in BBS was to protect the wearer from darkness when traveling with a keyblade glider in the lanes between.Since in DDD it's all in a dream world I see no reason for having armor and a glider.

 

That's just my opinion ^^

I don't really care about armors. However, I think they should just leave the armors for the characters who already have them. To be honest, I think Sora would look stupid in armor.
