Final Fantasy 7 crisis core: another story

My story is about a boy named Jayden. He was found outside midgar and was put under Sephiroths tutalige. While Sephiroth is busy Angeal, or Genesis would train him for the day.

 

 

The trees branches whistled among the whispering winds. Jayden had to lay low, sword at hand, grasping it with caution. He slowed his breathing just a little, deep yet quiet. He jumped from branch to branch with the swiftness of a cat. 'I have to kill him before he knows im here.' Jayden spoke of the Wutai warriors that lingered in this forest outside of Midgar.

 

Finally Jayden had the Wutai in sight. He grasped his sword, and jumped in the air, slashing at two of tge warriors. One tried to shot at him, but Jayden ran to him and jabbed the tip through his chest. Jayden sighed with relief and wiped what sweat was on his forehead. All of the sudden he heard a deep alarming growl.

 

Jayden turned around to see a giant behemoth. "Drat, was this part of it!" The behemoths low unearthly growl echoed through the clearing. Jayden held his sword tightly, trying not to stumble. 'Losing your sword is like losing your life' Sephiroth told him that. Words of wisdom he called it, Jayden called it a lecture. Jayden smirked and slashed at the beast.

 

He could feel the roughness of it's raw hide skin against the metal of his weapon. It found an aportunity to slash at Jayden with it's sharp fearsome claws. Jayden was knocked back, but alive and charged. Reckless and arrogant, that's Jayden for ya. The behemoth swung it's spiked tail at Jayden, but missed by a thread. Jayden climbed up it's tail ti it's back. Tge behemoth bellowed ib attempt to shake this pest of it. Jayden found where it's neck was and sunk his sword into the creatures neck. It shaked and torn at the ground in unmeasurable pain. Jayden lost his balance and fell to the ground. The beast saw an opening to take it's killer to death with him. The behemoth forced his claw in the air to slice Jayden in half.

 

The behemoth felt a death defying pain and collapsed. Jayden opened his eyes to see Sephiroth. "Thanks Sephiroth." Jayden said sighing with relief. "Let that be a lesson, don't charge without caution." Sephiroth held his flip phone in the air and pressed the button saying 'mission abort'. The forest that surrounded them disappeared in digital blocks. "Trainings over." "W-why? Come on Sephiroth I was getting warmed up!" Sephiroth was making his way towards the exit. But he stopped, "Do you remember what Angeal told you?" "Y-yeah." "Imbrace your dreams, if you want to be a hero you need dreams and honor." Jayden looked at Sephiroths 'serious' yet caring face, dumbfoundedly. Sephiroth smirked "hmph, head to your room, you need rest." Jayden scratched his head. Yet another day in Shinra as SOLDIER.

Chapter 1: another day

 

Jayden woke up the next day to do what he always did, train. Jayden had a dream, to become a first, he wanted to be known everywhere, but Sephiroth says to be a first you must train hard everyday. Jayden did that, he would go to the training room, take one of the missions and go, then after a while Sephiroth or Angeal would appear to teach him a new trick. That's the way it was, never changed, but I guess things can't stay the same.

 

8 o clock sharp, Jayden was running down the widened halls of the Shiraz building. Passing by seconds, and thirds. He had to stop by the materia room first, to change this mako stone to materia, and what luck cure materia. Jayden went to the training room as usual, only to be spotted by Docter Hojo. "Ah, if it isn't subject 77." "I'm Jayden." "Yes, Jayden, of course, well I want to do an evaluation on you today, just to make sure your a picture of health. Well.....get in there!" Jayden did as he was told and went to the simulation room. "Now to begin my experiment, becareful you might not, survive, heheheheh." "Wait! What!?" But already a flash of light and he was in the sandy desert.

 

Sephiroth was walking around the building. The director didn't need him at the current moment, so he went to look for Jayden. He planned to teach him how to control his power in his strikes for the day, one of his mistakes on the mission yesterday. "Sephiroth." "Angeal, thought you were training with your pupil today.". "He finished early and headed for Sector 7, going to train Jayden?" "Yes, why are you curious?" "From the first day he arrived, to now, he has made progress, you should dispatch him on a mission soon." "I had that thought, but we need to be cautious about his mako levels, they could reach an abnorml scale, turning him into an abomination." Angeal understood Sephiroths concern, Jayden's cells would use the mako too much and would cause the mako to duplicate, making more, breaking the boundaries of human, and monster. "Just keep it in mind will ya?" "Of course." Angeal went to the elevator, probably to look for his student.

 

Sephiroth walked in the training room, and saw Hojo smiling wickedly. He looked to the screen to see Jayden fighting off a giant beast, one of the Wutai. "Hojo! Stop this, send him back!" "Well, if it isn't the great hero, sorry but he cant come back unless, I want him to." "Send him back now!" "Fine." A button was pressed sending Jayden back to reality. Sephiroth walked into the simulation room and helped Jayden up. "What, Sephiroth was this training?" "No, it was a test. Hojo I want you to exit the room, return to your lab." "Akways ruining a perfect experiment arent you, Sephiroth." Hojo left with his assistants, leaving Sephiroth and Jaydn in the room. "Are you alright Jayden?" "Yeah, dizzy but good." "Alright then shall we begin." "You bet!!" Jayden trained the hardest he could, this was like every other day. But that's the life in SOLIDER.

Chapter 2: eavesdropping

 

Jayden was in the training room, practiceing against Sephiroth. "Focus, and observe your opponents weak points, understand?" Jayden nodded. Jayden would try to out wit Sephiroth in attempt to get behind him, but Sephiroth could see through Jayden's movements and practically predicting his attacks. Jayden got worn out faster than he should have. He charged at Sephiroth, when the swords clashed, Jayden tried to disarm Sephiroth, but he could barely move the thin long sword. "Impressive, you are actually using your head for a change. You are getting better." Jayden was knocked back, Misume pointed at him. "I have something i must get to, your done for today." "Its a little early,right?" "I have been contacted to meet with the director, you can head to Midgar if you so wish." Sephiroth walked out of the training hall. Jayden felt his curiousity peak to a very high level. He just had to know what Sephiroth was doing.

 

Jyden stood outside the door to the directors office. He tried to listen carefully without being seen or heard. "You know that Genesis has deserted Shinra." "Of course." What!? Genesis deserted Shinra, why? "Then you know we have tried to recover him." "Yes" "Well, i have sent teams to go to Wutai, the last place Genesis was sighted with some 2nds and 3rds, and they will take care of Wutai, and see if Genesis can be located. This is where you come in Sephiroth' "Of course Director." Of course, thats why. Genesis was gone, and they plan to stop the war with Wuatai. Jayden started to make a plan. He wasnt going to skip out on this mission.
