I prefer Sephiroth because I like his personallity,I love his personal hate against Cloud and all the puppet stuff.Fighting him in Crisis Core,FFVII and Kh2 was EPIC.I like his Masamune,his Single Wing and One-Winged Angel is just perfect,Dancing Mad is awesome as well,but One-Winged Angel is just.....better.Kefka is an awesome villain,maybe one of the best from all video game fanchises,but Sephiroth is just the best.

Kefka all the way. He has this genius psycho clown villain image. Like the Joker.

Also I like how he becomes a bigger threat as the story proceeds and becomes more and more psychotic
