I like renting games that I want to try before jumping straight into buying them, like I rented Skyrim, Sonic Generations and Lego Harry Potter 5-7 within the last month and I loved all of them, but I like to play games without paying full price for them (mainly cause I'm broke a lot of the time). I'd only ever rent PS3 games though, it seems pointless renting DS/3DS games when the saves are stored on the card :/ Unless I really really want a game I'll buy it rather than rent it, there is no harm in just renting a game to see what it's like :P

i regularly rent games then buy them or other games ltr on

i use to .. back when there was a place 2 minutes away that had n64 game rentals TT-TT

Used to, before Blockbuster and Movie Gallery closed most of their doors. Sadface.

I used to until I realized that I freaking kept wanting to play the game after my time with it was up. So I had to pay a late fee and then was ticked that I payed nearly half of the full price of the game for just two weeks of having it. Not cool.
