animemylove 439 Posted December 7, 2011 I honestly liked the original better. having his zangetsu shrinking to a small black katana with the tattered outfit gave him that bad ass effect, but the new one just seems too over the top with the new straps across his chest and arms and unnecessary spikes on his sword. A little over the top, maybe, but we're talking about a series that has people standing on air and moving faster than the eye can track here. Over the top is to be expected and embraced. Grimmjow 839 Posted December 7, 2011 What the hell is over the top with his Bankai? The blade and the guard have a bit more (unnecessary) spikes and there are a few straps. Compared to the Bankai's of the Gotei 13 it still looks VERY modest... compare it to Hitsugaya's. Kurotsuchi's Bankai is a frickin' giant baby mutant thingy!
