Monkey D. Luffy vs. Ichigo Kurosaki

So this topic is mainly about the discussion of weather Luffy or Ichigo would win in a fight. When discussing fights like these there are only hard facts no opinions or wrong information.

 

Who would win in a fight? I say Luffy, what about you? Here's my reason as to why I think Luffy would win.

 

1. Luffy has Kenbunshoku Haki which allows him to predict all of Ichigo's attacks

2. Luffy can use Busoshoku Haki which puts an invisible plate of armor around his body which is impossible to attack, hit, or cut, well for someone on Ichigo's level (kind of like Heirro)

3. Luffy has also mastered the Conquerors Haki which would allow him to dominate Ichigo's will

4. Luffy's Gear 2nd should be on par with Ichigo's Bankai as far as speed goes meaning he should be just as fast as a Flash Step or Sonido

5. One of Luffy's attacks in Gear 3rd could kill Ichigo easily

6. There's always Nightmare Luffy who gets his power from feeding off of peoples shadows, if his 2nd and 3rd Gears along with Haki wouldn't be enough to defeat Ichigo I think his Nightmare transformation would.

 

Well this is my opinion on who would win. Even if Luffy wouldn't win there is a huge power difference between the characters in Bleach and One Piece. And characters like Whitebeard or an Admiral or someone significantly weaker like Captain Smoker could defeat Bleach characters without even being touched.

 

I expect there to be facts when arguing about this topic, not opinions or assumptions.

Shinigami are deathgods and can't be compared with mere humans who gained one special power.

The battles in Bleach are of far greater dimension than those in OP.

Like...you never see good crossover characters hypothetically fighting each other.

You could be right, I understand that people usually don't consider other anime, I'm one of those people. The reason why I think people only watch One Piece, Naruto and Bleach is because they all have a lot of fighting in it. I'm not sure if people are interested in all the other anime that are out there. I'm just saiyan, I wouldn't watch an anime unless there's action in it.

Well I might have to agree with you on that but there's characters in One Piece that can destroy the world, feats that characters in Bleach and Naruto are unable to do. You also have to consider the fact that any character with a logia power like Kizaru for example could destroy Soul Society with a single attack. In the Bleachverse they have to use "The King's Key" in order to do things like that. Not to mention a logia user can't be touched without haki. You're a One Piece fan, think you should know this.

Yes these are the only anime and manga people pay attention to.

 

I already know that this is a biased community full of Bleachtards so it doesn't surprise me the people think Ichigo would win without giving Luffy a fair fight.

 

And there are chracters in One Piece capable of destroying the world which is more powerfull than Goku and Demon King Piccolo in the first Dragon Ball. The most I've seen in Bleach is people destroying a city.

 

Honestly, anyone with a logia power would destroy Karakura Town and Soul Society without even breaking a sweat.

This isn't even anything that's arguable, because nobody knows who would beat who.They are two different characters from two different franchises, and debating about who would beat who is just a lost cause.

tutti frutti. I would have to agree with Razorwind, that if a thread doesn't really catch your interest you don't have to leave a post. If I see several threads I don't like, for example about the MF, then I ignore them and move on. At least until more info on the character is revealed. There are threads that catch my interest and those that don't. I'm not going to put down someone else's thread just because I don't like it.

 

Moving on to the thread at hand. My vote goes to Luffy, mostly because he more so lets loose as the fight goes on. To where Ichigo seems to hold back too much. I understand giving the enemy a second chance at life, but there are times to where the enemy just won't listen to reason. Though both characters do have a crazy amount of power, stamina, and try to help those close to them as much as possible. Overall, I think it would be a tough call though.

And they're saying Luffy's a human who's gained poer? Tck, if I'm not mistake so is Ichigo and every Arrancar, Shinigami, Espada, and Aizen himself consider him to be a human which he is. Well that's what hapens when you try to make a decent thread and random people ruin it.

I can't say for sure who is gonna win but their power is most-likely same level as now, althought we don't know how powerful Ichigo is now (Everyone who is reading manga knows what i mean) and these two characters are almost always fighting for their friends, so they cant fight with full power if it's not about their friends safety. (Like CP9 arc in One piece and Save Inoue arc in bleach or what that is never called lol)

 

And Razorwind: could you really call Ichigo or Luffy to human? Morelike monsters, lol.

This is a pretty hard one but with Luffy's Gear 2nd which is on par with Sonido and Busoshoku Haki he should be able to fight Ichigo on par and one of his punches would kill Ichigo easily since he has no Devil Fruit power.

 

And they're saying Luffy's a human who's gained poer? Tck, if I'm not mistake so is Ichigo and every Arrancar, Shinigami, Espada, and Aizen himself consider him to be a human which he is. Well that's what hapens when you try to make a decent thread and random people ruin it.

 

i dont think luffy could kill him that easily, ichigo priar to the time skip, doesnt use a human body, so his a shinigami form is more invulnerable to normal attacks, plus his bankai increases every stat dramatically, the only reason he didn't rape everyone he came in contact with was because he was afraid of his hollowfied powers and what not. and the current ichigo has been injected with power from every captain and vice captain from the soul society so again every stat is dramatically increased to powers on par withhis prior form if not stronger from the full bring

 

and luffy can make his body into metal using haki and what not .. plus he was fighting under water which decreased his devil fruit abilities in the las battle, i think. as far as his mind trick goes i think that only works on certain people with low resolve so ichigo may be able to resist that .. gear 2 may be on par with ichigos speed but in his bankai form i doubt it. but physically i think luffy may be able to give ichigo a run for his money. i think this is a good battle, but id have to go with ichigo at the moment because bleach is in a whole nother realm pretty close to dbz lol

If that's what you meant than I understand now, they pretty much copied Dragon Ball Z making Bleach lose it's complex after the Soul Society Arc. Bleach is basically like Dragon Ball Z except with swords and heavily reduced power.

tutti frutti. No prob there. Ichigo is more or less half human half shinigami, so I guess he could still be classified as a human as well as a shinigami separately, as well as with mixed blood, similar with Gohan in DBZ. I find it crazy how the best fights that are never seen/finished in anime are the ones that are never shown or finished, but that's my opinion. I try to look at as much of that abilities of those characters as much as possible before making an overall choice. There are characters that I like and dislike in anime, but I don't go by that when thinking who would win between one character and another.
