Batman # 3

 

This series is in my top 3 favourite ongoing titles at dc and this issue continues to lives up to the standard series is setting.We look into Alan Wayne’s past and how he died which tied in wonderfully to series plot.Talking about plot it as less action than 2nd issue and more talking but story has me invested that i don’t care much about less action.The story ties well in self shows off how good Snyder is at writing Batman and it has good cliff-hanger.The art is best it’s been with no problems and it blends well with writing.It might not have any stand out moments like issue 2 but it’s still easily one best upcoming comics you can find.

Justice League # 3

 

For a series that has been setup to be DC Flagship title it havn’t been living up to hype the character feel the same and story moves too slow but the art of Jim Lee is incredible.So how does 3rd issue do you might ask well it’s best issue in series introducing Wonder Woman,Aquaman and Cyborg getting created.The art looks amazing and is one of best art you find for ongoing comic.The characters look great and set pieces are nice.The story moves little bit faster but we still don’t see whole team and only one panel of Darkseid but writing is funnier and wonder woman stuff in the beginning is neat and cyborg creation is good too but characters still feel somewhat and series moves slow but it’s understandable for new fan base.I wanted to like JL more but gripes i had with it are still there but it’s getting better and we are getting to what should make it into a true flagship title.

The Punisher # 5

 

Greg Rucka is one of best comic book crime writers you can find so his Punisher series make good on his talents and don’t go to waste here and same can be said for Marco Checchetto who art is great.This issue is 3 months after fight with Vulture where The Punisher looks like Big Boss from MGS is met by kid who walks in his cabin and they talks to him it’s very well done and shows off Punisher very well especially when kid finds out he is punisher.The other stories going on are interesting and well written but feel too short and would work better with full picture.The ending didn’t work for me either and comic felt really short and is fast read but that might be because it’s good comic.The art is well done with good detail and there’s backup comic for the avengers something but i didn’t care because it didn’t interest me.As much as enjoyed reading this comic i feel it pushed story forward and setup future problems but we didn’t get in depth look at it but even with my complains i really enjoying this series and what it’s does for the pushier as a character.

Wonder Woman # 3

 

This issue tells us how Wonder woman was born and ends with her using her name.This issue tells these things well and keeps me invested in the characters and the story.Some parts may have dragged on too long but issues story is still good.It makes the goofy story of Wonder Woman more believable while not being slap in the face to the fans of her in the old 52.The art is great especially wonder woman and rest character look amazing but some shadowing can be off.This is a great issue of Wonder Woman and probably the best in the series even with odd sex scene that goes on in it.

Captain America # 4

 

It Starts off weird then explains it’s plot in great way but still leave me confused.This issue as tons great moments in it like Steve getting a place where no one needs Captain America any more and that part story great but the part Sharon and falcon are confusing to a degree and are not as good as Cap’s story so it feels weaker but overall story in this story was great.The art is great,the character look sharp and action well done.It great issue but doesn’t feel like it continue issue 3 very well but still great issue worth reading it you like Captain American.

Supergirl # 3

 

Ever since Crisis on Infinte Earths i have loved Supergirl as character but never got into one of her series and after reading #3 i can tell you not only am getting great Supergirl issue but am getting best series about Superman character in the New 52.The art is beautiful and reminds me of Kingdom Come where every panel looks great but Superman face looks strange other than that and some odd shading the art is like i said beautiful makes issue worth reading.The story is stepping on familiar ground but unlike other DC series it still feels new and cool.The story might be simple but it’s entertaining and makes for great read.It introduces Supergirl character well and shows off her powers she has gotten and showing villain who is somewhat interesting.While still introducing character it still fits in action well and has good cliff hanger where you know where story going but still want to read it.Overall Supergirl #3 is great issue showing off how well DC does it’s woman characters and even if series didn’t get off on right foot it is on right track to becoming great series.

there' tons of great batman comics.With reboot you only have to read the the 3 issue of any new batman series.

the one's that ongoing are

-Detective comics 1-3

-Batman 1-3(best ongoing one)

-Batman and Robin 1-3

But if you want to read whole story in graphic novel of batman best books i would recommond

-Batman:The Killing Joke(It's best story about Joker)

-Batman:the long hallowen(It's my favourite batman story and it's more of detective story and origin of twoface aka harvey dent)

-Batman: Arkham Asylum(It's one of creppiest batman stories created)

-bataman:Year one (every tvshow and movie in last 20 years about batman as took something from this book)

-Grant Morrison Batman and Robin ( it's fun and great read)

-Batman:Dark Victory

-Batman:Black and White

-Batman:The Black mirrior

-Batman: A death in the family

-Batman:Hush

-Batman:A lonely place of dying

-Batman:Gothic

-Batman:Strange Apparitions

-Batman and the monster men

-Batman:The man who laughs

-Batman:ThrillKiller

-JLA:Tower of Babel

-Mad Love

-Robin:Year one

-The batman adventures:the lost years

There alot of great books if you just want to jump into batman you don't hav eto read these but these are some best batman stories ever made

Yup DC reboot everything and Batman ongoing is great and it's not that hard to get into.
