Umm it depends really. I mean if I really get into the game or I'm online with friends, then no, I don't think I take breaks. But if I'm playing the game to waste time or something then I generally don't play more than an hour.

I take breaks whenever I want, not because of recommended breaks. I stop when I stop, but it depends on what game I'm playing. Like a sports game, you know after you finish a game, the break has started, but if you play Kingdom Hearts, you play til you can't play anymore.

HONESTLY, I do not.

I laugh at the "Please take a 10-20 minute break from playing video games, even if you don't think you need it" Text, I LAUGH AT IT.

When I have a gaming day (pretty much me and my friends go on Xbox LIVE and play as long as freaking possible) we usually take 10 to 30 minute breaks after playing for several hours, usually while we decide what to do next. Though we usually don't just sit down and take breaks, we just stop for a little bit while transitioning to something else. Nothing intentional

Honestly those breaks are only necessary for people with medical issues such as epilepsy and so the companies don't get sued if some asshole needs to go to the hospital for playing nonstop 48 hours straight. Games don't damage your eyesight, I have better vision than most people and I'm staring at some screen most of the day.

I play for hours at a time without scheduled breaks, because I rarely have a good opportunity to play video games. So once I'm able to play one, I play for as long as I can, or until I get tired of it. Besides that, I don't think it affects my health that much, especially if it's something I rarely do.

I think the longest I've ever played a game at home in one sitting was eight hours (which is pathetic compared to some people, I know), but I probably had some potty breaks and snack breaks somewhere in there. After that eight-hour session, though, I couldn't go back to that game for about a month because I was sick of it, like a gaming hangover. xD
