Really, best possible option. SoKai is almost canon, SoRiku have a lot of chemistry and Riku may or may not have had a crush on Kairi when they were younger. So, all get together and live happily ever after in a three way relationship.

1.) Roxas x Xion (even though their relationship is friendship) are like the most developed pairing in the Kingdom Hearts series.

2.) Riku x Xion is good too because one, Riku needs a girl too and two, Xion is like the only girl who has more scenes with Riku and interact with him.

3.) Sora x Kairi because of their drawings in cave and Kairi shed a tear after she saw Sora's drawing of him giving a paopu fruit to her at the end of the first KH game.

4.) Ventus x Aqua because I just like this pairing.

I'm probably one of the few Sora x Namine fans. The main reason for this is COM was the first KH game I played back on GBA, so I got into that pairing then.

 

Also like Roxas x Xion, as like Movie798 says, it does seem to be the most developed (even if it's only friendship).

 

And I have to agree with Shimmy. Axel and Goofy is likely the only true couple
