YouTube Has Invited Me To Become A YouTube Partner But They Have Suspended My Account Before Then I Got It Back Then When I Tried Signing Up For The Partner Program They Wouldn't Let Me Should I Call Their Office?

nope its cause you got copy write stuff on your profile the same thing happened to me its cause your using game footage and well kh dont belong to you so u cant make money out of it

What do you do on youtube? Do you make your own original videos with your own content? Do you make AMV/GMV's? Do you post your game walkthroughs?

 

If it's anything that isn't your own content then the partnership could get you into trouble and if you've been suspended with copyrights you shouldn't be a partner because of the legal issues you may have to deal with.

 

Youtube offers the partnership to anyone based on the traffic that person gets regardless of the content, but that still doesn't mean you should take up the partnership if you know you're using copyrighted material such as anime, games, movies, etc. -- If it's your OWN original content then you should perhaps talk to them about it? But original content =/= an amv edited from other things.

There's also the possibility that you could (or most likely will) get sued if you're paid for using copyrighted material

The copyright thing is valid, however there are exceptions. If you use the copyrighted materials in ways that are not intended to drain profit from the actual source (like putting full anime episodes on youtube) you're usually safe. For example, it's perfectly okay to monetize reviews or commentaries

Something to watch out for, though, is that youtube is automated. If they detect copyrighted music, or copyrighted frames from a movie or something, they'll take action, regardless of legitimacy.
