Always 309 Posted October 17, 2011 When I was first introduced to Kingdom Hearts, I only played because my friend told me to try it when I was at her house, and I was intrigued by the Disney aspect (I had seen KH advertised on the Disney Channel quite a bit, back when the Disney Channel was still cool). Then when I got into it, I really enjoyed the gameplay, characters, and story. I never knew what Final Fantasy was until around the time that KH2 came out, but then I started playing FF because of my interest in KH, and now I really appreciate the cameos those characters make (especially Zack in BBS!). Tetsuya Nomura came last, but now that I know what a genius he is, I also play KH, TWEWY, and FF (that is, the ones that he makes) because he creates them or helps create them! Gameplay should be why anyone enjoys a video game above all. Even if a game has a fantastic story, if you don't enjoy playing it, it's not a good game. Plus, Tetsuya Nomura was a character designer for Square before KH. It's a tale about friendship and the concept that you should fight only for what you love and believe in. I've fallen in love with the characters and the reasons behind them. (which I admit, at the time I was looking for the time) But now, I pretty much play for everything except the one who created (and before anyone gets on me I have nothing against Nomura) To me, someone who creates the game isn't enough to make the game great.
