You have to create a new save file for that particular file after u beet the final episode.

You have to finish the three main stories, and then, the Last Episode, and after you finish and save, you get the Secret Episode.

P.S This is for Critical Mode. It's the easiest way to unlock it.

Using other modes might need you to fullfil more things.

I'm not sure about Easy mode, I don't think it's possible, but if it is it might unlock like how it does in Normal mode. For Normal you have to complete the reports 100% with all three protagonists. For Proud you must complete the Sticker Album with all three protagonists. As for Critical mode you must complete the LAST EPISODE.

Damn I forgot how. I think you have to finish the Realm of Darkness. If you're talking about Blank Points than it depends on what mode you're playing on.
