I love the Fairy type, like I love all types. But I never heard of the Fairy-Type Club, and on top of that, it's not likely many people are going to keep that thread on going. I wouldn't really join a Type-Club anyways since it's not like there is going to be an actual discussion about it.

Alright so on Facebook I saw one of those "it's so rare to find a beautiful girl who wears little makeup" photos, and every guy in the comments section was saying "so true", "yeah", "so rare" etc. It pisses me OFF.

 

Look guys, if a girl wears makeup - HOWEVER much she pleases - then that's her choice. Chances are she's doing it for HERSELF, because it makes her look, or feel good about herself, or maybe because she just firetrucking wants to wear it. Don't act like these shallow pricks by saying "oh man I'd never date a girl who wares(sic) makeup". Sure, not everybody likes makeup. But for this guy to say he'd refuse to date a girl just because she puts some shit on her face? The firetruck, man?

 

Bitch I bet she ain't even doing it for you anyways. If she's doing it for herself, then that's her decision. That's her face. Don't think of yourself as some "down to earth, real" man just because you say girls look prettier without makeup. That may sound kind or generous in your mind, but...don't tell any body what to do. If he or she wishes to wear makeup, then you can bet your ass he or she wouldn't give a shit what you think about it.

 

And don't think the girls are off the firetrucking hook, either. There are two ways I can see the "it's so rare to find a beautiful girl who wears little makeup" meaning. That almost every girl needs makeup to look good, or that very few beautiful girls use barely any makeup. The first one describes girls that look "beautiful" without make up as mythical beasts akin to unicorns. And that just demoralizes everyone, unless if they look on the bright side and say that it is normal to "need" makeup to look "beautiful". (or feel it) The second one is saying that it is rare to find a beautiful girl who doesn't compliment her beauty with makeup, or in a worse case feel that they are ugly with out make up when they are not.

 

Though I see what you are saying about that, why are you judging their choices? Well, I guess no one should judge them about if they wear makeup or not...And the person making the picture probably had someone in mind when making the picture. And if that is so, he is doing the totally wrong thing... He shouldn't be saying "BLAH BLAH BLAH WHY IS IT RARE TO FIND SOMEONE I THINK IS BEAUTIFUL THAT CHOOSES NOT TO WEAR MAKEUP AND REALIZE THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL WITHOUT IT!" He should walk up to the girl in question and say "I think you are beautiful with and without makeup."  Or something along those lines. Compliment the girl, don't make blanket statements. Shesh... And probably all people saying I agree, and what not know someone in particular that they think they look good with or without it. Then ALL OF THEM SHOULD STOP HIDING AND JUST COMPLIMENT THE PERSON! How is this she supposed to know she is beautiful in others eyes with and without makeup no one tells her? So, what you want to raise up those who have already have good self-esteems or don't care what others think about them? Sure, everyone needs a little upper now and again, but that isn't who NEEDs that type of treatment the most...

 

While I do agree, that basically saying "I think you look prettier without make up." is putting pressure on the person to look a specific way. And doesn't society already put too much of that pressure on us? But what I would say if someone really things a girl looks prettier without make up, he should compliment her when she isn't wearing make up. Don't flat out say "I prefer you without make up." Just give her more compliments when she isn't wearing as much. OR heaven forbid, actually don't care about your opinion on make up and just compliment on how beautiful you think she is no matter if you like the choices or not. Like if you are against the concept of make up but you think looks more beautiful than normal while wearing make-up a specific way, then compliment her by telling her that she is looking extremely beautiful today or something. Basically what I am saying is if you want to shape her appearance, just do it by using compliments when she does something to make her look more beautiful in your opinion. And if you truly thinks she looks better without makeup, maybe she will start looking like that more often, because you showed her you cared. But either way if she actually cares about your opinion she will probably start to look MORE beautiful to you. But ultimately she wouldn't feel that you want her not to wear something, only that you feel she is more beautiful to you when wearing it. And that is something she needs to know if she ever decides she wants to look good to you. Also if you have a common opinion of beauty you will also be helping her find what others like. Giving her more compliments. In the end don't say one thing looks better or worse unless if she asks, but compliment everything you feel she did right. Jumping to conclusions or they are just thinking it sounds good, but not thinking what it is actually saying. Because honestly at a quick glance one might think it is saying "You are beautiful even without makeup, and it is rare to see those who realize this." Which does seem kind of nice, but think about it, even with how I just stated it right now.  It is telling them that they don't know themselves, and that is the fastest way to upset someone. I don't find the Nintendo 2DS to be the apocalypse-bringer that everyone's making it out to be. In fact, I think it's a pretty smart move on Nintendo's part.

 

Also, Wii U's future lineup is fricking fantastic, I can't wait until I get one. I wasn't even remotely interested in PS4 until they showed KHIII. Wii U would've been the only one of the three next-gen consoles I'd get if it wasn't for KHIII (And YES, WII U IS NEXT-GEN. I don't care if the hardware isn't as complex, or if the graphics aren't photorealistic. It innovated upon what the Wii did, and is a major step up from the Wii.)

By trying to tell a girl that "you don't need to be insecure about your beauty by putting on make up, because you are already beautiful" is basically doing the same thing. Why must you point out that they most be insecure or something? Then again both you and I could be over thinking this. I am not sure if I am too late to write my own unpopular opinion here, but I consider Disney to have ruined Kingdom Hearts, and I eventually made an all-text video about this very unpopular and almost psychotic viewpoint.

How does it ruin it when it's the whole point of the game? If there was no Disney in it. Then there would be no Kingdom Hearts.

It would probably be best not to start the argument again, as I have had it before on two other websites, and they did not end well. However, here are my primary reasons, in a nutshell:

 

1. The worlds are unimportant to the story of the series, and the Disney characters in the worlds do little more than waste the time of the protagonists.

2. They make it harder to take Sora seriously (i.e. KHII's Atlantica)

3. Disney's involvement has brought censorship (e.g. Hydra's blood; the language of the TWEWY cast; Ienzo's parents; Axel's suicide attack)

4. There are only three important Disney characters: Mickey, Yen Sid and Maleficent.

 

There are other reasons, but I do not want to start an uproar.
