Dracozombie 4,554 Posted July 16, 2013 I hate being a grown-up. You are thinking about many things and your future. I might be wrong but that's what I think. Believe me, grown up stuff isn't much fun to think about. 5 Jilly Shears, Shazzam, Bearanort and 2 others reacted to this
Shulk 8,623 Posted July 16, 2013 Well the Prime series is more of a first-person "adventure" sort of thing, it's not just a bunch of shooting and stuff. I think Awakening is more a tactical RPG rather than just a straight RPG, idk maybe that's what makes it feel weird. If you know someone who has it (and is willing to let you borrow it) or it's on sale, then give it a shot. It get's better the more you play through it. Plus some guy says "HEEEEELLLL no". Yeah, I've heard that about the Prime games, too. I'd like to give the series one last shot with the first Prime game, if I can ever find a cheap copy (GCN games are somewhere around $20-$30 used online... All of mine were gotten from Goodwill or yard sales. ) As for FE;Awakening, I've played Tactical RPGs like Pokemon Conquest and Final Fantasy Tactics, and enjoyed them. It just doesn't feel right when they're in a more 3D environment. I also didn't like that they cut the flow of battle by throwing in those 3D scenes of your character doing just one attack. It felt kinda pointless honestly. I don't really know many people with a 3DS offline, so I doubt I'd be able to borrow a copy. I know one guy that's interested in the game, that's really it. I miss back when it was all about having fun and not having to worry about having to go to college in two more years. >_< Idk I just searched Amazon and the first result had it for like $5.00 used owo Seriously? ._. The other Gamecube games they have on there are usually way too expensive for a console from two generations ago. Of course, I'm broke right now anyway. I might be willing to put off saving for a PS3 for a little bit so I can get that. I'd go and try to order it like tomorrow if I wasn't only given my chore money every two weeks >_< I hope the prices don't go way up when I can afford it, that seems to happen to me a lot. 1 Bearanort reacted to this
Lalalablah 1,538 Posted July 16, 2013 (edited) I hate when people say," Young don't know unless you have experienced that." Like I haven't experienced tomorrow but we still talk about it. It is like my opinion doesn't matter because of my age. You learn from the young too.I hate that too. And although experience can help, it isn't required to have an understanding of something. I haven't experienced a lot of things but I still know a great deal of information about them. Edited July 16, 2013 by Lalalablah

Shulk 8,623 Posted July 16, 2013 That's mean that you gonna have less free time. I have plenty of time that I don't use. Argh, college. This will be a pain in the butt. Exactly... It kinda scares me that it won't be long before I'll barely have any time to myself. Heck, I'm supposed to be taking driving lessons soon. Just the idea of that scares me... I'm not sure how I'll make it through college, either. The classes don't exactly worry me, it's more having to live on my own, and meet new people. I'm bad at making new friends at a school or something. I won't even get to choose my roommates, probably! It's all so complicated... That's why I need to enjoy the time before I head out as much as I can!

Once reality hits, they'll get a lot better about it. I was incredibly immature back in 6th grade, and somewhat in the rest of middle school. I like to think I'm more mature now. Shulk 8,623 Posted July 16, 2013 Let's just say that I was also immature at middle school too. With the time, I become a mature person, I think... Middle school is kind of that "I'm an adult I can do what I want when I want" phase. A lot of middle schoolers are really immature. High school is the time when some people get a lot more mature (Of course, not everyone does... Still, it's the time when a lot of people do become more like young adults). A lot of middle schoolers have that need to fit in too, which doesn't help much with the immaturity. They'll basically do anything to get into the cool kid groups. I hear that college is when that kind of thing is practically non-existent. Of course, just because someone's mature doesn't mean they can't have fun! I noticed I started to get more mature in 8th grade and it has increased so much in 9th Grade and 10th grade. Going to 11th (Junior year) grade this year. I'm in the same boat. 8th grade is when I began to stop acting like a kid and more like my age, and high school helped improve that a lot more. I'm going into my Junior year too... The years went by way too quickly. Of course, I'm still looking forward to a few things in the future as well! Wow I just had a completely out of character seeming philosophical talk. ._. That doesn't happen every day. 1 Bearanort reacted to this

I miss a lot of my old friends, but I still have ways to contact a few, and I've got new friends too! I've already been thinking about things like having to get a job, going to college, all those things (Even getting a girlfriend ._.). It kinda scares me, but I feel a little ready for it, too. Middle school is like the playground while high school is the prison. Anyway, I'm gonna go to sleep. Good night. High school isn't all that bad when you adjust to it. Although I honestly had more troubles in 10th grade than 9th grade. See ya later, man. 1 Bearanort reacted to this

Like you should be entitled to something since you're past primary, but of course high school exists so you're not quite there. I feel like middle school is just to grow up a bit and adjust to the way high school works and in either middle or high school you can start that... confusing point in life where you struggle with your identity, but imo middle schoolers and freshman in high school are still kind of insecure and not completely comfortable with who they are. I look at all the upper class-men in high school and they all look like a happy close group of people... kinda makes me jealous

Middle schoolers and Freshmen (Some Sophomores too) kind of have the whole exclusive group types of things going on, and are usually willing to do anything to fit in. The older guys all know each other well, and are perfectly fine with who they are. It could help that I go to a smaller school, but that's the way it is. There's definitely a transition at some point when people realize that they don't need to be the perfect cool kid or whatever, and they become a lot friendlier and a lot more mature. The kids at my middle school were great, middle school was pretty good over all. But it was really awkward back in Sixth grade. I was worried i would be outcast like in Elementary, but i found good friends, and eventually, i became one of the normal kids, that alot of people liked, but i wasn't neccessarily popular though. Tigerruss 576 Posted July 16, 2013 My opinions. Food coloring should be reserved for designs and icing. In other cases I have to say if we don't think it looks delicious without it, why are we eating it in the first place? Okay fine I am just being selfish because I am frustrated about being allergic to the most common red dye, and it would be wrong to make people pay for that! Though I still kinda agree with my point of if it doesn't look good with out coloring why are we eating it? Sports should only be for recreation not a profession. The Olympics only matters because nations are getting together, and the whole trying to prove which nation is better by their athletes is pointless... And Kingdom Hearts IS DARKNESS! (jk)
Cyber Shaman 990 Posted July 16, 2013 Sometimes I hate Peta (people for the ethical treatment of animals) because they can be so hypocritical and dramatic. They wanted to sue Seaworld for "violating orca's rights". Apparently they thought Shamu was enslaved lolThey attempted to protest against Pokemon once claiming that its "animal abuse ". Hell they even made a game after it called, "Pokemon Black and Blue" it's hilarious really. I think under the redhood is the best animated batman movie. Lalalablah 1,538 Posted July 16, 2013 Sports should only be for recreation not a profession.I agree with that. It isn't right quarterbacks are being payed 8 million a year while the average police officer's salary is only 48,000. In some places it is as low as 27,000. That just seems unfairThey attempted to protest against Pokemon once claiming that its "animal abuse ". Hell they even made a game after it called, "Pokemon Black and Blue" it's hilarious really.
