They ARE the original if you watch the uncut ones, that's what I JUST said. I'm not losing ANYTHING by choosing dub over subs. In fact, when I've seen the English and Japanese dubs of something, I usually prefer the dub. It's just weeaboos giving dubs a bad name. Also, who gives a crap about lip sync? I've never cared. There's not really cultural misunderstanding in them either, I can understand everything from a dub.

The main reason for why I think that English dubs should not exist is because they make some people regard Anime as being on the same level as North American cartoons. Not only is that not true, but people run a risk in thinking that.

There will be more people who do not know Anime very well than those who do. Dubs encourage the misconception that, like in the case of North American cartoons, animation is for children, which is highly inaccurate in the way that most Anime is directed at teenagers.

You sound like you only know about 4Kids as an anime dubbing company. Seriously, go watch the Soul Eater dub before you say that they give the misconception that anime is for children. Kids would not be allowed to watch that. Funimation, Viz... Both are two of many companies that do teenage, and even ADULT dubs. You're stereotyping anime dubs by just associating them with the kid dubs.

I know that it is an extremely unpopular opinion, but I am not lying. I do not hate the English translation of the series, but I do not think that it should have been made. Need I remind you of how strange the dub of Re:CoM ended up looking? Some of the sentences did not even make sense. Adding to this, the dialogue of the original Days and Re:Coded can sound very forced in the English translation.

Rats, cats and rabbits are better than dogs. Even if they are not as intelligent, at least they care enough to regularly clean themselves. They are also not as noisy.

I'll pass on the cat's mind altering parasite, thank you very much. And while you can train a bunny to do the majority of it's business in a litterbox, like a cat, often they will still poop where ever and when ever they feel like it.  And I don't have any comments about rats.

At least rabbits do not make anywhere near as much of a mess as dogs do. They are also almost completely silent unless they are angry or in extreme pain.

Depends on the rabbit and the dog, and if the rabbit is allowed to free roam or not. Lets say the rabbit can roam the house and the dog leaves a "present" once a week. (though the size of the dog does matter) Assuming the only mess created is the presents, the rabbit will be spreading little balls all over the house, while the dog shall be leaving it in a single spot. To clean up the dogs mess you just have to pick up the poop and then clean the spot. While with a rabbit you would have to vacuum the entire house to clean the mess. (I guess that doesn't matter if vacuuming is part of your daily routine.) Now imagine if you were only allowed to spend 5 minutes each week cleaning up their messes. By the end of a year the mess from the bunny will be greater than the mess from the dog. But anyways vacuuming should be part of your daily routine anyways so, I guess the dog would create more work.

 

But what if they aren't trained not to destroy the house. It really depends on the size of the dog.(for what they can reach) Yeah, a bad dog can destroy tons of furniture, curtains, carpets, and many more things that they find fun to dig at or chew on. What about rabbits? Untrained without objects for them to chew on or scratch will have largely the same effects as the dog, only its reach is smaller. So yeah, most dogs have the potential to create a bigger mess, but one thing rabbits destroy more often than untrained dogs... wires. So, if you don't "bunny proof" your home you risk destruction of all the stuff a dog would destroy, within the rabbit's reach, but also electronics. Though depending on the wire, if the rabbit ate through it, it would die, and possibly catch the house on fire and burn it down. (though a rambunctious dog could knock down a candle or something)So, in other words, both are pretty destructive animals if untrained and left to their own means. And yes, dogs tend to be bigger and stronger, but don't think bunnies are unable to cause harm.

 

What about noise? You summed up the rabbits noises. And yeah an untrained dog will bark at practically anything (and is the most comparable to an untrained rabbit), but a trained dog will only bark when there is danger or an unfamiliar visitor. So, when trained their noise becomes a tool and not an annoyance, but yeah it has to be trained.

I actually think FFX-2 was a great FF game. I swear, everyone just thinks it sucks because it's fanservice or whatever.

 

I think bacon doesn't make EVERYTHING better...only most things.

 

I do NOT like Mario Galaxy 2

 

And this is a bit more of a confession, but I've never been good at 2D Platformers...or FPS games for that matter!

That's not why we hate FFX-2, it's because the story takes the amazingly written story of X and makes it into happy fun time. It wasn't all that well written anyway, and the gameplay was awkward. Fanservice was part of it too...

Then why play the games when Disney takes up so much of them...? About 70-80% of every KH game is Disney, it wouldn't be Kingdom Hearts without Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and the others.

I get pissed when people call me dumb for liking these fantasy movies like The NeverEnding Story of rise Of the Guardians: if you don't like them, don't watch 'em. Don't bitch to me about you hating enjoying a good movie, that might just make you happy and escape the drudgey week for a little while.

Final Fantasy isn't all that great of a series. Some of them, namely IV, V, VI, X, Dissidia, and Crisis Core are all absolutely fantastic, but the rest except for Theatrhythm are either decent, mediocre, or plain bad in my opinion. This is coming from a guy who used to be a huge fan, and owns all of the first ten games (Even though I plan to sell my copy of VIII soon)
