RWBY was a major disappointment. The trailers were pretty well animated, and the action looked good, but the main series was just... Ugh. The animation looked really lazy, the characters all felt incredibly flat, and the action was really slow. I enjoyed it for a while, then I realized how faulty the season was when I got to the midseries episode.

I really dislike how many people believe they are an expert on a subject just by reading a few articles on the internet or IRL.

I really can't like this enough times.  People seriously just go around talking shit as if they've actually bothered to try and understand the topic. And the fact that people on the internet really like supporting a complete asshole just makes it worse because those arrogant pricks start being jerks and actually get support instead of criticism.

 

Also, I feel like some "depressed" people really just over exaggerate their problems and keep telling themselves shit they just made up to worsen it. I really do feel that they just create depressing scenarios in their head and then convince themselves that it's reality.

 

If you feel you're going through a depression, sit down and think about how bad it really is, sit down and try to figure out a way to take care of your problem and try to avoid negative thoughts.

Not only does it get a tiny bit annoying when you go around crying about your problems all the time, but-more importantly- you're really just making your life much worse.

Crying/being depressed about something will NEVER solve anything.

i love nge but i have no clue why people are getting worked up about it again. i lot of them are just liking it because "OH MAH GAW SHINJI X WHITE HAIRED ANIMU BOY!!!1!" which i mean is totally fine, but in my opinion theyre making it look...not as good? as i knew it before? i love nge with all my heart but the recent (and random) hype and all the weird things that come with it are sort of like, belitting it.not their intend and i know its just a show, but eh. i just think its weird and the fact that all these new fans are talking about is shinjixkaworusugoiyodesune kinda sucks.

Xion is a terribly written and pointless character. There is NO reason to bring back Braig, Xenmas, Saix, or any of the Orginzation members, or their original beings, or their nobodies, or whoever they are. Axel was fun, but his character is overused, and Lea was just awful in DDD. Ansem the Wise, while a great character, should've stayed dead after KH2. Sora needs to be less happy, and this series needs more powerful women.

I can add you tomorrow probably, my brothers are using it right now.

Also, there are a few games on it so far that are actually really fun. Mario 3D World and Wind Waker HD are fantastic, and EarthBound's cool too. Smash Bros and Mario Kart will be great, also.

I really don't get some arguments online. Note - this post is actually just me speaking generally and not directed towards anyone/any website in particular. So if you think it's directed towards you - it's not, lol.

 

I'm not talking about the debates or discussions conducted by civil, composed human beings where each side actually has a legit argument. No. I'm talking about the ones where people throw pointless insults back and forth. "OMG UR ABSOLUTE TRASH TBH" is not a legitimate argument.

 

Like I don't even get why people give in to these angst-fests anyways. You're making yourself look like an idiot and of course whoever worships the lowlife that you're "up against" are going to blindly support them even if they're wrong - so, why bother?

 

Honestly it's better for your image to just play the calm, collected, pacifist guy - by shouting and spewing shit you're really not doing much for yourself, especially if the other person is pretty popular and even if they are a piece of shit, they'll be the ones supported anyways.

 

Also, really. Utilize the "ignore" and "block" functions. If you don't like somebody, hopefully on most sites you are not firetrucking forced to interact with them. I get that people can be stubborn and it's hard to ignore the annoying people who you obviously don't get along with - and you can hate them ALL you want, just please, for your own sanity, BLCK THEM. IGNORE THEM. Whatever you can do, TO AVOID THEM.

 

And I know this is cliché and 98% of the people who hear me say this don't give a shit - but there is nothing, nooooothing you can do to "get back" at that person more, than to ignore them. You don't necessarily have to block them, if you just pretend like their messages aren't even there - it really gets to them! Or, kill'em with kindness. Because really, what heardheaded bully is going to argue with someone playing dumb or playing nice? It'd be like them yelling at a tree. Be a tree. 

 

That is the best thing you can do rather than getting angry I can't stress it enough. Save your energy, and don't waste your time on someone you don't like online. Unlike in the real world where it can be hard to avoid someone you see in person on a daily basis, online, it is LITERALLY the click of a button to ignore somebody.

 

Why more people don't do so, I have nooooo clue. It's like some people are just looking for shit to start, which is all well and fun, sure, whatever, but that shit gets old fast.

 

Same with hatemail. For some reason (not sure what I said but I'm sure it was worth it) I got my first ever anonymous hate messages on tumblr. What did I do? I honestly just played along with it and made it a joke. Because that's what little internet insults are, is one big joke anyways. 

 

Having a logical debate/argument? Awesome! Just know when to accept that you are wrong and have enough facts to back up what you are saying. But if you're just mindlessly going at nothing...then wow I'm sorry but you have GOT to get some hobbies.

These types of campaigns do jack shit to prepare kids for the REAL firetruckING WORLD. Hell, while we're shielding kids from the way the world works, why don't we just stop teaching about the Holocaust in schools? That's just "too negative" and will "discourage" kids from being decent and kind human beings when they grow up. Head in the sand FTW! It's another fad from the professional diaper sniffers that brought us the "Every Child is Special" and "Everyone is a Winner" bullshit!

Tumblr is making people more sensitive than they should be to others. This wouldn't normally be bad or anything, but of course, like all things, it gets warped along the way and turned into something, well... not good.

 

See, people are so afraid of others that they feel guilty for things they shouldn't and literally question their morality. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather people be more courteous and considerate towards eachother, because in a world where being rude is so common, this is sometimes hard to see!

 

Buuuuut this is just too friggin' extreme.

 

Questions are good but if it gets to the point where you are molding your life to fit somebody else's' agenda, you may need to be a little selfish for a change, haha.

I mean you can argue that other sites are like this if you want but Tumblr is the sole place where I have seen this crap ._. No, tumblr is not a safe haven. Is this website used primarily by Homo sapiens with the exception of maybe a few dogs? Then no, it's not any safer than Google or Newgrounds. Maybe Pornhub, but not safer than any other websites.

Wait they're not literally trying to get rid of the word bossy, are they? I like the idea of the movement (I think, haven't read up on it yet so we'll see) but getting rid of the word is something im against. The English language is getting smaller and smaller just because some people choose to give a word power. I get called names, but they don't effect me. Why? Cause I don't pay attention to them! It's that sticks and stones thing for me, but I take it quite literally.

 

As for the movement, I don't know much about it so i really shouldn't be having a valid opinion on it, but from what I see I honestly support it. Believe it or not some girls really do struggle with feelings of inadequacy, submissiveness, etc. Of course a lot or guys do as well, but for both side, these are loooong going problems that I don't see going away any time soon.

 

My opinion is

1.Women should be able to take a leadership role with pride

and

2.Men should be able to wear and do whatever the hell they want without the pressure of having to be masculine by society.

 

Like seriously, I feel bad for a lot of guys in that sense. We girls have such cute clothes that a few told me they would LOVE to wear, but are afraid to because society would be like "HURRDURR fåggot ur ghey lol"

 

They should go about saying "it's OKAY to take charge", but again I haven't done research on the thing, so I don't know how they're going about it.
