He said "There are several devices the Guard is issued that are reverse engineered from tech we've found or taken from criminals." He looked down at his gauntlet. "This could be one of them." As he looked at it, he felt as if the answer was a little different than he had supposed. He shook himself and glanced around. He looked around and identified the best hiding spots someone could use to observe what was going on. Noting them, Ralin walked openly to each one and looked. "You can explain your little statement to all of us." Ralin walked back toward Aimi, Seer and Sage. He started scanning the magic disrupting Aimi's speech. "Alright, good news." He said to Aimi, staring at his wrist device. "The necklace made a nice dent in the energies of this spell. Give me some time to study it, and I should be able to cast dispel.
