Okay So I found this video of Aaron Dismuke (Al, form the Original Full Metal Alchemist Anime) With different clips of Ventus and some lines he did on FMA.

Thoughts: I personally Would LOVE to see Aaron voice Ven in a Kingdom Hearts Anime. He Fits that character like a glove. If they can;t get Jessie Back I say Aaron makes a wonderful replacement, while making the character his own..

Maybe...honestly I'm not sure who he is so...

Anyways on the topic of voice actors and Ven will Neku have the same voice actor he did in The world ends with you ( he has the same voice actor as Ven in Japanese hence why Ven reminded me to bring this up)? What about english might he have his original voice actor or might Jesse do his voice or maybe Aaron Dismuke can do it

Um...Neku has a english voice actor. Ironically named Jesse Corti which is why I'm wondering were you talking about him or Jesse McCartney to play Neku's role.

That would be awesome! If there is ever a KH anime and the regular voice actors are unable to play the characters, they should use the guys from Funimation!
