tutti frutti. I recently played one of my favorite battles of the game, thus being the battle with 1000 heartless, and it reminded me of the picture below where the thought of having the Wyvern and the Behemoth included in the battle as well. To me, I thought it would have been a pretty good challenge to have those 2 kinds of Heartless included in the battle. Or at least have that option to face them in battle. And I believe from and interview or something that Nomura mention that he believe that it would have been to hard if he added them. (Too long since I've heard this correct me if I'm wrong about this.) I was highly looking forward to this, until I got my hands on this game. But to everyone else, would you have wanted the Behemoths and Wyverns for this battle or not?

tutti frutti. I agree with the majority of you. I thought that the 1000 Heartless battle was way too easy. Especially with reaction commands that helped in taking out a good chunk of the enemy. Hopefully, if the game is ever re-released they will be added, though I'm not holding my breath.

tutti frutti. Too bad we were never able to face the army like that. Though I can understand that the PS2 can only handle so much, since it's that way with all consoles in general, I would have been more satisfied with a better challenge. Pressing X and triangle with one hand while eating a sandwich would really be saying something in this case.

tutti frutti. I can see your point there Twilight, but I guess it would be more so on how Square was going to bring that together though it's hard to say how now.

Agreed, but that would of made the Battle of 1000 Hearless an actual challenge.

tutti frutti. The 1000 Heartless was definitely too easy. Maybe in KH3, if it is on the PS3, we will get a decent challenge in the series that doesn't include the Superbosses of the series.

like 5000 heartless

tutti frutti. That would be an interesting challenge. More so if they were all Darksides, but that may be overdoing. If Sora actually did do something like that, dude would have my highest respect in accomplishing that. (without any in-game hacks) It would be pretty cool if Square did do something like that again to where you are surrounded by an army of enemies. 1 vs 5000, talk about being outnumbered.

I remember Square releasing that picture right there on some website. They said that it was what they originally wanted, but it was too hard because there wasn't enough disk space.

KH II is too easy.

A little more challenge in form of a 2-3 Behemoths wouldn't be a harm.

You could damage them with those laser beams. Don't know the exact name of the situation commando sorry.

tutti frutti. That's right he did state that, completely forgot about that. I'm sort of shocked that a number of gaming companies still have trouble with that issue, especially since there are flash drives with 32gb of memory on them for roughly 30-40 bucks now. You should think that CDs with around the same amount of memory would be dirt cheap in todays stores.

I think that it would be great to have them and the wyverns in there, but since that would be a little much for a system to handle, I propose a variation on that thought. It would basically be the 1000 heartless battle, but each type of standard enemy (all but the Behemoths) would have a counter to a different one of the reaction commands. Wyverns could flip kick Sora into the air while he's doing Rising Sun, the knight things could come up and disarm Sora from using the laser while knocking him back, and the laser heartless could stop whatever the wyvern reaction command would be. As for the behemoths, what if the game was programmed to where if you got close enough to one, it would use a very powerful type of gravity move that would constantly pull you close to it, keeping you from leaving the vicinity until it had been defeated, that way the PS2 could handle it. Finally, no hp orb drops. Thanks to anyone who read through all of this.
