KH3D About sora's Anti Form

I've always wondered, does the anti form hold any kind of meaning to the story? will it hold any meaning?

I write about it here because sora is,after all, going to go for the master title, so this has to have some kind of form in the story, I'd be pretty annoyed if it wasn't.

No. Anti-Form was just a side effect of Sora becoming a Heartless in KHI.

Ah, I see. Well, this all connects to the different forms too. In 3ds sora has new cloths....they showed how he changed in khll so Im guessing it'll be the same for this new title.

That's something good to think about too. But, Yen Sid didn't look too worried saying how he would not leave little paths for him to take, so I wouldn't be that worried ,unlike sora, who becomes a heartless out of nowhere and turns back.

 

And I'll just be honest.....I love using the anti form, and would be so awesome if it was related to the story.

I'm not sure if you're right, but it would make sense story wise.

 

When Roxas came back to Sora, maybe his body stopped acknowledging it should have been a Heartless. I mean, Nobodies only exist because the person got turned into a Heartless. Maybe being without Roxas is what caused Anti-Form, and his return stopped it.

It's pointless argueing about it, Nomura hasn't connected anti-form with anything in the story.

Uhhh... As far as I know, VTA, possibly RAX and Naminé. Maybe even Ansem the Wise and Master Eraqus. I also wouldn't be surprised if Vanitas reappeared after reading about his past.

Roxas was created in that form, because sora had Ventu's heart inside of him right? So did Roxas have the heart? If he did, did sora lose power because he took it away? if he did lose power because of that then, when ventus comes back, is sora going to lose a lot of his strength?

When Sora became a Heartless, Ven's heart went to Roxas. After Roxas returned to Sora, the heart went back to him. As far as I know, Ven's heart doesn't effect Sora. Sora's heart effects Ven. If anyone suffered, it'd be Ven. He probably lost valuable time for his heart to be healed.

That's good, but if it's true....well it seems not many are actually interested in looking into the fact all that the clothes do is release his own powers, not give them to him, thus making the heartless form his own power and making it something serious. So I'll just wait for Dream Drop Distance to come out, see if the clothes will be changed with no explanation and see what to think from there.

So what I want to know is if you mean on the new game and where he said this.

And if Roxas only woke his consciousness then my point stands, what will be Nomura's action on his powers (forms) and anti. i doubt he did it just because it looks cool, I really hope it's not jsut because of that. But in the new gameplay explanations for 3ds it was already said that sora was in different clothes but he didn't know why, so that's a good start.

It was in an interview when Nomura said Roxas and Sora have all the same skills and the Roxas thing was explained in an additional cut scene in KHIIFM+

There's a good argument here and are any of you surprised that I got anti form out at I don't three tries. 0_o I don't know how but on KH2 if you hold triangle, r2 and 1 you can get it out easier. And you guys are all making points here but anti came only because of Sora becoming a heartless and that is that.

In game, Anti Form is powerful but the downside is you can't heal at all or cancel the drive form. It's likely to get you killed on boss battles if you happen to get it. Story line wise, there is no side effects, but the story didn't exactly explain how you could suddenly merge your form/existance with Donald and Goofy either.

 

I'm hoping if they mention any sort of side effects in the story in the future it'll relate back to Vanitas.

Antiform apeared in KH1 (Antisora-Neverland)

I think it may be aclue that sora has darkness inside him,

I wouldn't be surprised if that led him to failure in the MoM.
