I thought of this when I actually saw the scene. I think Xehanort's heart would have just disappear if he missed or Xehanort actually had control of his heart and can follow Terra until he got in his body since he doesn't have a body anymore. lol

I mean, it floated in the air for awhile, and it was a fight or flight situation. I mean you know something's up with that heart, so why won't you try to hit it with your keyblade, or run from it? Bad thinking on Terra's part. Must be boring though, kneeling for 10-12 years, wandering darkness for 10-12 years, or sleeping for 10-12 years. Poor original Keyblade masters, even though Sora does seem like he is the best out of all of them, followed by Roxas.

Xehanort's heart would probably start chasing him around the Keyblade Graveyard and the dramatic right-before-the-final-battle scene would turn into a chase scene that I would be lol-ing so hard while watching

It wouldn't have worked, Terra's dodge is horrible. He realized this, and decided blocking was his best option.

I don't think so. EVERYONE KNOWS that the sheer glance at Master Xehanort's heart will cause you to be completely motionless , mouth opened, and forced to stare at the beauty that is his heart. Watching it float there for hours on end, until it finds a suitable darkness that it can feed on. Have you seen the Size of that thing? I would stare at that thing for hour and so would Aqua. The size man, the size always matters.

• Radiant Garden would most likely not have fallen into darkness

The fact is that it wouldn't have happened anyways. As much as I like the what-if questions, the fact is that it doesn't matter what could have happened. This is Kingdom Hearts, not Marvel. We can only contradict things, not rewrite them just to see what happens.

tutti frutti. I have to agree with a couple of people here. WHY DIDN'T TERRA DODGE THE HEART!?!?!? At least dodge, if not retaliate, the heart, as opposed to just activating your armor. If it was something more deadly, then that would have been a pretty wierd way for Terra to react to it. I kind of thought Terra would react better than that from Eraqus's training, but oh well.
