He would have passed at some point, but he wasn't a master in BBS. Otherwise, he would have still be training under YenSid.

No, Mickey did not complete the Mark of Mastery(the scene with him surfing on the book lol) because he left after Yen Sid's news. Though, after the events of the Keyblade Graveyard, he proved himself worthy of being a master, hence why Yen Sid gave Starseeker back to him during the credits.

Mickey has shown the mark of mastery, which is why he has the title of keyblade master. However, I do wonder when he obtained it, because in birth by sleep yen sid is no longer a "master"(which I assume means hes not training keyblade masters anymore). Also mickey state that hes already been trained by yen sid, but returned for more training which would almost suggest that mickey was a keyblade master even before aqua was one.

Yes he passed Nomura said that he was taking the mark of mastery during BbS and Yen Sid even said so in the secret endding of Re:coded that he was a master

Yen Sid also said in the secret ending of Re:coded that, would Riku, Sora and Mickey be enough to defeat Xehanort when there was only a master amongst the three of them. It's proof that Mickey's a master. WHY DO YOU THINK I CHOSE MY USERNAME AFTER HIM?!
