Personally, I'm best at Sephiroth, though I haven't really played much as any other bad guys, except Kuja in his secret mission thing for Duodecim. Well, more often than not he's an enemy, and he was technically a villain for most of FFV (just not a very good one, lol). He's basically good at heart, but usually winds up on the side opposing the protagonists. And Feral Chaos is a villain nonetheless, so he must be counted, whether you like it/him or not.
