KHBbS Xehanort Battle

In the final chapter i hate when Xehanort does that giant keyblade attack, i can never avoid it and then i die, thirty seconds away from the second one. Any sugestions how to avoid that

So you mean the Terranort battle as Aqua in the final episode? I can try to see which attack you mean and then respond.

You have to do your own shotlock in response to his shotlock. That is the only surefire way to avoid his ultima cannon

It has surprisingly short range. Just get away from it as fast as possible the moment he does it.

Aqua's basic cartwheel provides some immunity to damage? Just keep moving/'dodgeroll' cartwheeling where you want to go. It helps a bit.

um okay glide over him use cartwhell or shotlock command its your desicion i used glide and i was duble jumping over him....it really helped

You're kidding? The one-shot attack kills you, but not the other various, mutiple-hit attacks?

 

Use Cartwheel or get some distance from him before he fires.

For those who say get away from the attack, that really doesn't work because the range is incredible, though it explodes shortly after being sent out

thanks for all who posted, I just went to the Mirage Arena, levelled up until i got to the battle with the prize pods, and got the Sweetstack Keyblade, then i promptly beat him

I donno ive never been killed by this thing, I see him cast it and I just run away, it never takes that much health from me. Though his move where he pulls the boulders out of the ground is a little troubling. All I can think to do is to shotlock him during that to mitigate some of the damage, but I still take a lot of it and just curas to make up for it.
