Think Pink 1,967 Posted August 23, 2011 I live near DC, so we felt it, and the aftershocks after. There are actually some cracks in the walls downstairs (very small ones, though.) Apparently my cousins in Pennsylvania felt it, too. Did any of you guys feel the earthquake, or were affected by it?

Oishii 3,987 Posted August 24, 2011 Didn't feel anything. A couple of years ago, Illinois had a small earthquake that woke me from my sleep. I was so out of it that I thought my bed was shaking from the "thunder" outside
Silvia Kuroi 1,480 Posted August 24, 2011 I live in southern maryland, so i am pretty close to the 'quake's epicenter. It started when my dog started to growl, then i heard a small rumble, i dismissed it as a plane. THATS when everything started to shake. Fortunatly, no one seems to be harmed.
