i know right im surprised it took me so long to even think about it i usally pick up on every little detail when i go throw a game twice but how did i miss that

Hmm. It would depend on how Xehanort reacted to it. If he didn't care about it, Ansem probably put it in Xehanort's file for future study. If Xehanort wanted to keep it, I doubt Ansem would have taken it from him.

I'm sure xehanort had it. I mean he's been looking for keys to his past basically from the beginning right? So he probably noticed it and kept it trying to find out what is was and why he had it.
