He spends kh ddd relying on his strength not his friends but he should dual wield at some point maybe using vens heart to use his keyblade. All that ultimate power, it belongs to Sora just saying. I can't wait to be destroying countless heartless and unversed like its nobodies business while looking flashy at the same time. But I think you should have the decision of changing his cloths whenever you want.
