Avatar and Signature support

I made this thread to help and discuss with other people avvy's and signatures. If you you have a question just post here and ask and people can come and help answer your questions. You can also post pics of your avvy's and sigs to share and talk about on here. I have just started creating some of my own and I might try and post some of mine up if this thread goes anywhere. My first question is what do you guys use to create your avvys and sigs? Please post with answers. Thanks for reading and get posting!!

Technically what you've created isn't a forum, it's a thread.

 

Anyway, you can use different programs. The free version is called Gimp--just look it up on Google and download it. You can use YouTube videos or other types of tutorials to get your started.

 

You could also choose to pay for Photoshop, which is far superior to Gimp, but it's very expensive. Gimp, though, isn't a bad program--there are some people who are absolutely amazing with it.

 

I've heard some people use the program Paint on their computers. You could also do that. I'm sure there are tutorials for it.
