No offense, but your grammar is quite bad. Kairi was sent to destiny islands by Xehanort because he that as a princess of heart that her heart would resonate with the keyblade; Xehanort was unaware of Aqua's spell, but it did have a hand in her going to a chosen one. You could say there connected in the sense that these were both a part of Xehanort's experiments but not really. The grammar is painful to look at.
