Kingdom Hearts: The Next Journey

20 years after Kingdom Heats II, Sora and company have lived happy lives. Sora and Kairi, after getting married, had three children. The youngest, Ciel, was the first to show being the Keyblade's chosen one. His older brother, Kurai, was the second. Ciel's older twin sister, Mamori, was also chosen by the Keyblade, however, she lacks the ability to summon it on her own. The happy family lived happily on Destiny Islands until a strange event happened. A light burst from the ocean, blinding everyone when it touched the sky. Later, everyone awoke to find that the worlds were frozen in time. Only those who had a Keyblade(or were affected directly by its magic) were unaffected. Men in white robes appeared, warning everyone that a great evil would be coming soon and to train hard. Sora and Riku left Destiny Islands in search of King Mickey for guidance. When time resumed Kairi had been instructed by Ventus, who had come to visit, to allow the children to come with him for training. Kairi agreed, on the condition she could tag along. The Keyblade Master creating a signal to send all Warriors of Light to Castle Oblivion for training. And so our story begins...

Appearance: Red hair, fashioned similarly to Sora's, and light blue eyes. He wears a white T-shirt with a crown in the center. Cecil wears a yellow over jacket and dark blue baggy shorts with yellow and white sneakers.

Keyblade: Oathkeeper

Bio: As the youngest of Sora's children, Cecil always felt the need to try and keep up with his siblings. Despite being the first of them to be chosen by the Keyblade, Cecil noticed that his brother was always three steps ahead. The day before the incident, Cecil promised Mamori that he wouldn't let his jealousy get the better of him. His Keyblade was passed onto him by Riku, who agreed to to train him as well, sensing that something terrible may befall him and his siblings.

Bio: The eldest of Sora's children. Kurai had a habit of dreaming about other worlds and people, often coming up with excuses as to why Sora should take them on a journey when they were younger. Nowadays Kurai is much more serious and trains frequently for combat. He has nicknames for his siblings; calling Mamori "Queen" and Cecil "Knight", both of which he says sarcastically.

Appearance: Kurai has violet blue eyes, dark red hair, and slightly pale skin. His hair goes down just below the shoulders. Kurai wears a black zip-up jacket with two extra zippers, slightly baggy navy jeans, a black belt with silver lining, and black sneakers with complicated, intersecting, white lines. Kurai is also tall and muscular.

Name:Mamori

Age: 14

Bio: The middle child of Sora. When she and her siblings were younger, Mamori worked as a mediator between her brothers when they argued. At one point in time she did summon her Keyblade, but it faded away shortly after that. Mamori was the only one of her siblings before now to leave the Islands, going to Radiant Garden with Sora to learn how to make potions. She is also the only one of her siblings to have met The King, who visited her personally a few years ago. The one who bestowed upon her a Keyblade was Kairi, with a little help from Ventus.

Appearance: Mamori has brown, straight, hair which flows down to her shoulders with a bang which parts to the right. She has clear blue eyes. Mamori wears a red strapless mini-dress made up of three zippers (two appear to be just decorative) as well as a black halter top underneath her mini-dress with a white hood. She also sports three bracelets on her right wrist, a white belt reminiscent of suspenders, and lilac sneakers.

Name: Sukai Kaze

 

Age: 15

 

Gender: Male

 

Appearance: Resembles sora and vanitas in facial appearance but with roxas and ventus's hairstyle as well as black coloured hair while dressed in a black and white coloured trench coat with a red coloured army shirt, blue coloured army pants and green coloured army boots including having a devil's wing shaped necklace.

 

Side: Neutral at first though turns to the good side completely later on.

 

Master: None.

 

Keyblade/Weapon: Windsearcher, Modeled after the kingdom key but resembles a spinning hurricane and/or tornado with an angel's wing shaped keychain with sukai wielding his keyblade in the same icepick grip way that ventus wields his keyblade with.

 

Bio; A young man around 15 years old who has had his life lived out for him until when he suddenly gained a keyblade out of no where and now believes he can use it as his own for "fun" by fighting the enemies that now approach him and keep approaching him now that sukai has the keyblade.

 

Voice Actor: Bobby Edner/Vincent Martella, Sukai's voice sounds a lot like these two from when mr edner portrayed vaan from final fantasy XII and dissidia 012 final fantasy as well as when mr martella portrayed hope from final fantasy XIII.

Favourite boss battle is ventus fighting with vanitas one last time on their combined station of awakening.

Master Riku

Keyblade/Weapon: Sleeping Lion. When he finds out about his father and turns evil, he changes it to Master Xehanort's Keyblade.

Bio: He is the son of Xehanort, concieved before Xehanort's defeat. Because of this, he is also technically the son of Terra, as it was his body Xehanort was in. However, this was unknown to him and his mother, who lived in Radient Garden. When he was 10, he awakened as a Keyblade Wielder. We was sent to Castle Oblivion to be trained by Riku. He exibited the power of darkness during his training. Riku trained him how to use Darkness as well as Light. 10 years later, he became eligable for the Mark of Mastery exam.

Voice Actor: Vic Mignogna (Ed Elric in Fullmetal Alchemyst, Death Scythe in Soul Eater, Ikkaku in Bleach, and many others)

Boss Battle: Ventus vs Vanitas in Ven's heart. Love how at the end it's a D-Link with Vanitas and you use the same attacks, trying to overpower eachother until you get the finisher. Wish that part was longer and had more attacks.

Kurai, Mamori, and Cecil landed in front of Castle Oblivion for their training. Cecil grinned as he studied the odd castle.

"I wonder if there are any princesses inside?"

"What difference would it make to you? No princess will ever date someone like you." Kurai replied.

"Handsome and charming?"

"No annoying and strange." Kurai walked faster as he heard Cecil's footsteps speed up.

"Hey guys! Its not a race!"Mamori said while trying to catch up. The three of them now stood at the door. It had a lock and chains on it to prevent those who weren't recruited from entering.

"I got this." Cecil summoned Oathkeeper, pointed it at the lock, and twisted, unlocking the door/ As the door slowly opened, King Mickey greeted the group with a simple "Hiya". Mamori and Kurai bowed to the King in respect.

"Are Dad and Riku here?" Cecil said. Kurai hit his brother in the back, forcing him to bow.

"W-we're sorry, Your Majesty!" Mamori said quickly.

King Mickey chuckled a little."You're a lot like how Sora used to be when he was your age. Come inside, and I'll answer your questions." Kurai and Mamori stood up straight before following Cecil and The King inside

Chuck was standing by his master, Riku. His Mark of Mastery Exam was coming up, and he was confident that he would pass it. It was then that he heard the door open and saw three kids. He'd seen them before during his training with Riku, they were Sora's children. "So, they've become Keyblade Wielders as well." he said to himself. "This'll be interesting."

Heron sat thinking on his bed. "When will I be good enough in Master Aqua's to take the Mark of Mastery exam?' Aqua always denied she was holding him back. He was lost in thought as Aqua walked into the room. "Get ready Heron, Sora's kids are here." He looked up incredulously. "Really?" he asked. 'Yes, now get ready," she said as she walked out. 'Wow, this is going to be fun now with new people,' he thought as he got ready.

Outside of castle oblivion did sukai look up to the starry night sky and had noticed a shooting star going out which causes him to say "Huh, a shooting star going out, don't see much of that happening these days, oh well, better go and check it out before trouble starts brewing." as sukai then had decided to leave castle oblivion without the masters's premission to chase after the shooting star.

Dax was digging through his dresser for his silver ring(one of his prized possessions) when Terra came into his room."Come on, Sora's kids are here."Terra said. "Great, just great, now there's more losers here."Dax said. "Hey, don't talk about them that way,they could be miracles, just like Sora himself." Said Terra. "Yeah,Yeah, Lets go see those brats." Dax said, walking out the door." Sure." Terra said.

Vemus was training with his father Ventus, when Ventus said, "Sora's kids are coming today. "Really, " Vemus replied. "Yup, we should visit them," Ventus replied. "I want to train some more, though, father," Vemus replied. Ventus sighed. "Fine, after all, your Mark of Mastery exams are coming up," Ventus replied. They continued training.

Sukai had ended up in traverse town which is where he believed that he had last seen the shooting star from before go out around traverse town which causes him to say "Well, it should have gone off around these parts if im not mistaken and if i am then oh well, at least i managed to get away from those boring old lectures from those boring old coots." as he then had noticed a pureblood heartless shadow heading into the third district of traverse town and then had decided to chase after it after saying "Also, i can now use my keyblade whenever i want to slay any and every heartless and/or nobody that i see."

Heron saw the three kids walking around. For some reason he felt some attachment to the girl. It was strange. Sora introduced them to Heron. "Kids, this is Heron. He is trying to take the Mark of Mastery exam." Heron nodded, and walked away. Who were these kids? They confused him. He walked away, deep in thought.

Ventus ended up telling the story of how he helped Kairi give the Keyblade to Mamori. To tell the truth, Vemus didn't care much for Sora's kids. He just thought they would be more complainers. They weren'y used to the rigorous workouts they had to do here. They seemed kinda weak to him. He sighed and listened to the end of Ventus's tale. He thought "Maybe I could prove Ventus is stronger than Sora if I beat his kids.' Vemus smiled.

Mamori giggled a little. Cecil and Kurai had been listening to the introductions but they obviously were thinking of something else. Sora walked to Kurai.

"Kurai, follow me. There's something I need you to do for me." He whispered his son's ear. The two stood outside the castle in a few moments. "You won't be participating in the exams today because Yen Sid personally asked for me to take you to the Mysterious Tower for a special mission."

"Understood, father." Kurai nodded.

"Good." Sora tensed up as time froze again. A man in a yellow cloak appeared. He shot a spear of light out of his hands which pierced through Sora's chest. Sora fell down on the ground as the attacker turned around to see a man in a white cloak throw a chakram laced with fire at him. The yellow cloaked man blocked the attack and disappeared.

"Take him outta here! Go now!" Kurai, although still in shock from the defeat of his father, dragged his father's body through a portal which opened behind him. Before the portal closed Kurai jumped out and summoned Oblivion. Large creatures sort of like Darksides, but with armor and blades sptouting from their arms appeared in the distance.

"I'm not leaving!" Kurai yelled, getting ready to fight.

Cecil and Mamori ran out the door, Cecil summoning Oathkeeper and helping Mamori summon Brightcrest.

"Got room for two more?" Cecil smiled as he stood in his battle stance.

"There are about 10 of those things approaching," Mamori calculated. She kept the door open so the others could see,
