Anonymous hacks for good reasons. They hack the websites of dictators, neo-nazi's, and other harmful groups. They do it to help set things right.

Lulzsec is the exact opposite. They hack the government websites of NATO and the EU as well as peaceful government groups not dedicated to anything harmful. What is more heinous is that they do it "for the lulz". Apparently international crisis and disorder is funny. Damn Anarchist.

So what your implying is

Anonymous hack for Good

But lulzsec hack for Evil?

All this time, we people who look down on anonymous have been blind and didn't even see what they were actually doing?!

The media likes to make anon look bad. They are pretty fair.

Well I do not associate myself with anonymous. I'm a supporter, not a member. And they aren't really internet peace. More like a bunch of really bored people trying to make a difference.

There are many forms of anonymous. The anonymous that crashes websites and tries to cause trouble isn't the same as the anonymous that protest scientology and other harmful groups.

The main cause of all the confusion is that people just try to pull anonymous into what they are doing and use anonymous as a way to hide their agenda. Most anon members have no knowledge of hacking, and could care less what information the government is hiding.
