Well, technically Ventus, but Ventus is connected to Sora. The fact that Xion is only memories actually has a big effect on this to, since memories aren't physical objects, but ratehr literally figments of our imagination. Roxas is a Nobody, who technically doesn't exist. What do you call relations between two nonexistent entities? Additionally, Xion is a puppet, which makes his an automatonic, non-sentient being.
