Bond of Flame in the regular game. Not Oathkeeper or Oblivion because those are in the other games as well... Fatal Crest looks pretty badass but I've always liked Bond of Flame. In the Final Mix, I like... whats the name of the keyblade that you get after beating Roxas? The checkered pattern one...

Oathkeeper, hands down. Kingdom Key also since it is the key associated with the series (I also got a metal replica so that helps too )
