LionheartXIII 6 Posted June 7, 2011 Hey Guys I need your help! What is the best photo program (adobe photoshop, windows live... etc) for Anime!? I use to use windows live photo gallery 2010, but I got a new computer so I lost it and I tried re downloading it but they only have 2011 ...
