There's really no other reason to think it would be anything else. Also, there's bound to be some loud mouth people saying that it will be rated T just because "the series needs to be darker and have more romance" which is really doesn't. To be more specific, it was a guy from ign that said it should be darker and have more romance, and just from ign's front page here you can see a lot about what they may be looking for in "good" games.
