The black shpere turned red and then scattered like glass. Marina was panting. Her black and silver clothing were now black and blood red. Her burnette hair had blood red streaks. She looks around and holds her head. "These....feelings...emotions...argh..."Marina says. She felt blood. From...her eyes? She wiped it away. She looked around and wished she had a mirror to see her hair better. She then sighed and looked at her hands. They suddenly turned sharp and she got them back normal again. "No,I will not lose what is left of my humanity."Marina says. She stood up and picked up her books. She walked away and noticed she was killing the grass she stepped on. It would leave a burn mark of her shoe. She rolled her eyes getting annoyed and walked away. She then stopped by the Volleyball field and went in for the first practice.

Allen heard a knock on his door. Allen got up out of his bed and walked up to the door. He had just woken up and his shirt was wirnkled and half tucked into his belt. His hair was such a mess and he had bags under his eyes. He opened the door and the principle yanked him out of the classroom. Allen was dragged by his ear to the principle's office. Allen was screamed at for a whole hour and the principla ended it with "I am tired of you being late and missing class"

 

Allen looked at him. "Well sir you just kept me out of another class so how bout you just let me get to class and I won't miss another" Allen said

Cheerleading practice was supposed to be this afternoon, but Julia just didn't have the energy for it. She laid down on her bed, looking over at her roommate's bed. Still empty. What happened to her? Her stomach sank. Had Raphael gotten to her? No, she had to get these thoughts out of her mind. Think about class...

 

It was now that Julia realized she hadn't been to class yet. "Oh, that's not good." It was too late nw, however. She would go tomorrow. And to cheer practice. It would be an ordinary day. She stared at the ceiling, fatigue trying to pull her into sleep. And no matter how hard she tried, she lost.

 

That night, Julia's dreams were full of fury and screams.

Marina played a game and started the first practice. Everything was going good. Then the volleyball went up high on her side and infront of the fence. Before anyone could even react Marina was already in the air. She slammed her hand on the Volleyball and the volleyball fell down crashing like a meteor,leaving a mark on the earth. When they went to check,it was all burnt and broken. They all looked back at marna,who was kind of surprised herself. She looked away a bit. "Forgive me. I'll be sure to have my parents donate a new one to the school."Marina says as she turns and walks away. That was not her streanght...it was the streanght of the inner Unversed that was trying to take over. She saw it was six,sun already setting. She needed to do one last thing. Get her first chess match. She walked to the chess club and satted down and the match started.

Allen realized it was the end of the day and he needed to clear his mind so he went don to the pool well appearntly it was just in time for swim practice. Allen put on his trunks then left the locker room to swim so he then walked up to the block and dove off. He freestyled a 200 and while the others were pretty tired he was ready for more. He saw envy and anger in the eyes of other kids. Well when practice was over he stayed for a few more laps. When he got out. He dried off and then went to the locker room to see they stole his clothes. Luckily he was wearing his suit but it was cold outside and he had to walk to his dorm he wanted to save as much dark power as possible.

 

Allen walked up to his dorm and heard screaming from the next room. Allen nearly kicked down the door but thought he just check with a knock. "Hey Julia are you ok?" Allen asked

"Checkmate."Marina says as she had won her last game of Chess and beated the chess masters of the club who had been playing chess as long as they could remember. "Thank you for the game. I shall be here next month."Marina says as she stood up and walked out,leaving them in their shock. She walked around. She noticed,it was night,the lights of the hallways were off because of the time,witch was pass curfew now. She sighed and walked around the building making her way to her dorm. She thought about how to she could control this darkness and dark emotions. She walked outside to get to the dorm building and walks around when suddenly she was pulled and throwned against the wall. She fell down on the floor and agaisnt the wall and looked up. Bullies. "Crap."

Alex was going from lesson to lesson on an average day. "Ok, it's time for band practice." Alex then headed for the music room when he saw someone being bullied, Alex stared at them for a while and descided to intervene. "Hey, you shouldn't pick on a girl, no matter what she looks like." Three of them turned and walked towards Alex, one then held his arm to Alex's neck. "You got something to say tough guy." "Yeah, pick on someone you'r own size." Alex then ducked and sweeped his legs, another came running and Alex punched him in the gut after predicting his easy to read moves. The third one ran away in fearbof Alex. "Obviously those three were new, otherwise they wouldn't have attacked me." Alex then walked over to the girl. "Are you ok? You shouldn't be on your own, there are guys here who are pretty crazy." Alex then noticed the time. "Oh sorry, gotta run. See ya round." Alex then arrived at band practice in the nick of time.

Minato had finally arrived at the school. He took his gauntlet out of his backpack and examined it. The damage it sustained was great and would take a few weeks to fix it if he was bothered. A man that appeared to be the principal had walked towards Minato. Minato put his headphones in and stared blankly at the man.

 

"Welcome to our wonderful school, Mr. Toruzen..." The principal continued his greeting, but Minato wasn't really listening and walked off.

"Hey, you stupid brat I wasn't done talking!" The principal yelled.

"Shut up." Minato replied while walking through the halls. He wasn't in the mood to deal with annoying people right now. Regardless of whether or not they had authority.

Julia was breathing heavily, a cold sweat puring over her face as Allen threw the door open. She had seen it all. Everything she did to escape. She had lost control of Sanity Break, and so many people... even the ones who didn't oppose her...

 

She looked down at her hands, unable to believe what she had seen. How could she have done something like that? It was settled: she would never use Sanity Break again. She looked to Allen, who stood in the doorway. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you." She looked down at her sheets. "I've been such a burden latley..."

Marina stared at the boy and then back at the bullies that were on the floor and the one that was running away. She stretched her hand foward and absorbed the negative energy that they had inside. Blacke streaks came from them to her. After a good while she got it all. She closed her hand in a fist. Her burnetter hair became a bit darker. She looked at her hand. "(Should I even be liking this power?)"Marina thinks,seeing how easy it was to gain power frol negative energy. She shook her head of the thought. Affraid she would already be all corrupted already. She stood up and went to her dorm. Alln wasn't there,neither was the guy. She sighed and closed the door. She layd down on her bed and pulled the covers over her head.

Allen heard her keep screaming so he kicked the door open and saw her screaming and sweating like crazy. She woke up and looked down at her sheets and looked around her room, he knew she had seen something terrible and it had bothered her. Allen he walked up to her and pulled up a chair next to her bed. "You are not a burden, you can't help that you were kidnapped and probaly tortured. But I want you to be honest with me I'm sorry for envading your room but I wan't to help you I don't like seeing you so sad and torn up." Allen said "please tell me what happen" Allen looked at her with concerned eyes hoping to help

Marina couldn't sleep so she stayed under the covers from her waist down but was now reading a book of different species,those that weren't normal,Heratless,Unversed,Nobodies,Shadow Creatures,etc. This book was given to her by her adoptive mother for her to get the answers she needed of everything. Back there she was well educated and treated but was never accepted very well to society. She moved to the Unversed part and started to read. " 'Unversed are creatures that affect dark and negative emotions. It can either make a person corrupt with those emotions or it can absorve those emotions to become stronger. The more it absorbs the more powerful it gets but also...the more...dangerous and savage it gets as well...' "Marina reads. She setted the book down.

Julia took a few minutes to get herself under control. "I was in a room. A small room. I heard voices outside, talking about someone named 'Michael' and 'watching' me. Then..." She stopped. "I decided to escape." Her voice was quite now. "I induced Sanity Break, like I was trying when I was attacked on the field. I'd seen it done before, but it was nothing like what happened for me." Julia began to waver, looking at her hands. "I became a monster. It tore those people apart, limb from limb. With my hands!" She was screaming now, tears streaming down her face. "I killed them all, even the ones who ran! I couldn't stop! I wanted to, but I couldn't stop!" She broke into a fit of crying.

 

"When I came out of it, I was torn up and covered with blood. Their blood." She somehow managed to get out. "I ran into Marina in the dorms, who told me to go to the cave. Then you guys found me."

Alex couldn't sleep that night, so he descided to train. Alex eyed down a tree with many dents and cuts in it. "I will become strong." Alex then started attacking and honing his skills, he then stabbed his keylade into the ground and put his hand on the top. Alex then had a hand full of light and dark energy, he then ran at the tree. "Splitting soul palm." Alex punched it and it left a black and white striped five pointed star wich was un-removable. Alex was gasping for air, he still hadn't mastered that technique. "Damn it... I'm not... strong enough."

Marina looked down and stared at the book. She closed her eyes and felt the emotions. "I'm invisible to them...that's a good thing I think...wouldn't want to get in the way."Marina says. She kept her eyes closed. She was used to be the smartest and so,yet she was always alone. She thought that maybe this year there would be a difference and this time she would find friends. But she has only found that she is quickly forgotten and that everyone always seem to get in trouble and that she was like a ghost. She wondered if she had to keep suffering the absorb of emotions in order to even get noticed. She thought about that boy. He defended her. He seemed like a nice kid. But she was affraid she would corrupt him with the emotions and darkness she was starting to gain.

Alex continued to train all night until he collapsed of exhaustion, he woke up around an hour later. Alex looked around, it was very dark and he couldn't see very well. "Can't see my way back to the school." Alex then closed his eye's and consentrated to sense where other people were, Alex then teleported outside his room and fell with his back to the wall. Alex was exhausted and couldn't lift a finger, but he drew his attention to the door next to his. "Room 358." Alex then thought before he fell asleep in the hall way. (Hope I got nice nabours.)

Marina closed her eyes and fell asleep. She woke up the next morning and started to get ready for class. She got her books and stuff. She got some notebooks and got them on Allen's bed and left a note that said 'I copied the materials you missed the first day in this notebooks,please try to not miss much classes,it's a pain to copy two times at once. -Marina.'. She got her bag around her shoulder and thinks. Today was science,english and sparring. She walked outside and then stopped her foot in mid-step to see a boy sleeping in the hallway. She stared at him strangely. "Um,are you allright?"Marina asks.

Alex then was asleep when he heard someone asking him a question, Alex then fell forward landing on his face. "No sir, I wasn't sleeping on the job, I was just looking after the gorilla... oh." Alex then looked up at Marina who was looking down at him. "Hi, do you mind telling me something?" She nodded. "Am I still dreaming?"

Marina stared at him and shook her head. "No you're not. You're awake and in the middle of the hallway. I suggest you start getting up before people run over you. Classes start in about 10 minutes and you won't want anyone stepping on you or for you to come late and get in trouble."Marina says. She then grabbed him by the shirt and made him stand up on his feet. She letted go. "Well,I gotta go. See ya."Marina says as she walked away,her long kind of thin antenas flowing softly along with her hair as she walked away to her class.

Allen listened to her story and felt so sorry for her he wrapped his arm around her and she just kept crying. Allen had a lump in his throat. He had went through that when he first became a heartless. But Allen didn't wish anyonelse through that horror. Allen looked at her "I wish you ddin't go through that but whats done is done, death is allways sad no matter what or who but they kidnapped you no telling what there plans were for you. I'm glad you are out of there and I'm glad you are safe." ALlen just kept his arm around her and sat there just thinking of how she could have done that. Allen sat there with her for about an hour as she cried and he thought about ending the pain.

Marina wondered where heck did Allen ended up. She passed by Julia's room. She decided that maybe she would want to be left alone. Marina then made a rose out of some emotions found around and setted it infront of the door. She then walked away and got to her science class and satted down on her seat. The teacher was reading a book while she waited for the actual class bell to ring. Marina looked around and then turned to the window. She swear she saw someting or someone. But she then looked back up.

Alex had arrived just in time for his first lesson, history. Alex sat in the back of the class, but didn't pay any atention to the teacher. He was thinking of the first day when he followed Allen to a cave that was no longer there, even though he could have sworn that there was a cave. "What is that guy up too?" "Do you have something you want share with the entire class Alex?" Alex fell off his chair when he saw the teacher right next to him. "Umm, no miss." "Good, now get back to work."

Marina took the class normally. Playing attention and slightly looking out the window from time to time. "Now I will need someone to come and show me how to do it. Marina?"The teacher says. Marina looked up and stood up. She walked over to the teacher upfront and she was handed a shpere of light with a bit of darkness inside. Marina helded it. "Now,I will take this quimic and pour it over it and it destroy the darkness taining the shpere."The teacher says. She then poured a quimic and the shpere's black sparks dissapeared and it was pure. The class steared with attention. Then the quimic got to touch Marina's skin and it started to burn. Suddenly her eyes sharpen and her fingers sharpen as wel. Suddenly darkness came from her hand and it covered the shpere and destroyed teh light that was inside. The shpere was now of darkness. Then it just exploded breaking into pieces. The class stared. The teacher scared. Marina breathed. "Sorry."

Julia sat in Pre-Cal, her mind outside the world of logorithms and paradigms. She looked down at the rose in her lap. She had found it outside her door that morning as she left. Allen and Marina were always there for her, and she felt like she never gave anything in return. No more. She would become stronger. And the next time she ran into Raphael, she would be able to break through his Absolute Terror. "Miss Fiore?" The teacher's voice broke her train of thought, her eyes moving to the board. "The answer?" He said, his voice flat.

 

'What the hell is that?!' Julia's brain felt like it split in two. Heartless and Archangels were one thing, but her true enemy was mathematics. And history. History sucked. "Ummm... i?"

 

The teacher's dull gaze fell upon her. She knew the answer was wrong. An imaginary number? That's all that came to mind! "The correct anser is-" She stopped listening there, mostly because what he just said probably wasn't English. Math was its own language, and the only dialect she was fluent in was "F". She had sparring class after this. An interesting class, to say the least.

 

Seemingly out of nowhere, she made her decision: she would master Sanity Break, and Allen would never see her cry again.

 

Elsewhere...

 

The creature flew past the windows of the school quickly, peeking inside. He couldn't see her. Maybe on the other side? It was too late, however. One of the girls inside saw him. 'Damn.' He soared up high, flying back down into the trees. His silver wings retracted into his body, his red skin shrinking and turning pale. In a flash of light, the man was fully clothed, his blonde hair swaying with the leaves around him. Saraqael grinned. It was his time to shine, and it would be brilliant...

Marina then saw as her hand was a bit cutted by the crystal and then blood drops fell down to the floor. "M-M-Maybe you should go to the infermery."The teacher says keeping her distance. "Oh no,that's allright,I can-"Marina says when she is interrupted. "I INSIST!"The teache says. Marina sighs and picks up her stuff. The teacher handed her a note and Marina walked outside and closed the door. She then walked down the hallway with the note in her hand. Blood drops falling on the floor kind of leaving a trail. She got to the infermery and walked in. She handed the nurse a note and the nurse started to bandage her hand. Then Marina felt it sting and her fingers suddenly became claws. The nurse freaked and shook. "Er,sorry."Marina says. The nurse quickly finished and pushed her out and closed the door. Marina sighs and then walked over to her next class. English. She thinks and looks away as she walks to the next class when she hears the bell ring. "(What do I have to do to get noticed in a GOOD way?)"Marina asks as she entered her classroom as soon as she entered she was attacked by everyone throwing paper balls at her. She growled and the class laughed. She was about to do something when the teacher told her to sit down. Marina then satted down and rested her had on the desk.
