In the final mix when you fight the heartless, they kinda give you trouble. Why? Does it mean that heartless are stronger than the unverse? Why is that? Is it cause the heartless are consistant of darkness and the unverse are consistant of negativity?

Well you fight them in the realm of Darkness... So there in thier element!

The heartless give you trouble because the chapter takes place after all the others, and thus is the most difficult.

Darkness comes from Negativity. Negative emotions in a person's heart like jealousy. And the heartless were an enemy Aqua had never seen before, plus pure bloods are stronger than emblems, which are the main heartless seen in the Kingdom Hearts series. Then they might well be stronger than Unversed, but I would say they're about as strong as each other. And Nobodies are stronger than both.
