mind you i don't like the things between xion and vanitas as well as the keyblade of people's hearts and the x-blade like for example

Gameplay by a long shot. The story is great, but what makes a game is NOT its story, but its gameplay. If a game has an amazing story but horrid gameplay mechanics, it's still a bad game. If KH didn't have the gameplay it does, I wouldn't bother with any of the games.

Story, but gameplay was a close runner. I guess for games the gameplay should be #1, but if the story doesn't make me care about the characters, I lose interest in the game pretty quick.
