I would pick the last option because I heard right now you can get a 1-month trial to xbox live gold for only a $1 at the moment. 4. Then accept the agreements and you're done. Have you've done it before? Hmm. I signed up for xbox live around early spring of last year so its been awhile since I did it(before the NXE came out). I hate being broke! Like I mention earlier, you can make a free xbox live silver for now. You just won't be able to play against people online with it. The thing that bugs me the most about this situation though is how did your brother lose those gamerpoints? And before that the xbox was connected to the internet, but it was on a different account, i think it was my dad's. idk, we've had that 360 for ever so who knows what we could have done to the options back when we had no idea what xbox live was!
