This is a Ventus fan-fic. The time-line is of Kingdom Hearts 3,what happens, or suppously happens, after Kingdom Hearts 2. I repeat. THIS. IS. A FAN-FIC. I do not own any of the characters and such. This is kind of PG-14 because of some strong languadge. And if there's some misspelled words,sorry I'll fix that later. Anywho,hope you like it.

Over 10 years ago,a great chain of events took place involving three keyblade wielders, their masters, their friends, both old and new, and their enemies. What seemed like a problem with a solution,ended up in a major dissaster,as three unseperable friends, were torned appart from eachother. All three of them parting in three completetly different paths. One falling to the darkness, no one knowing what ever happend to him really, Terra. Another trapped in the realm of the darkness, wondering around, getting stronger, keeping a promise, Aqua. And the last one, who fell into a deep sleep. One that he would not wake up until his heart recovers, and returns, Ventus. But from all three. The story is of Ventus. The boy who has been in this deep slumber, for over 10 years and counting. Sleeping somewhere. Resting. He has never even yawned in over ten years,just sleep. What seemed like an eternal sleep. Will finally reach it's end...right now.

 

 

~*Chapter 1*~

The awakening

 

 

Castle Oblivion stood there, standing tall, and magnificent. Not showing any sighs of damage of any kind. Inside. Pure silence. A silence that some would find comforting, as others would find rather creppy or strange. The only sound, if there was any, was the wind that passed through the castle, going through it's halls and stairs. As if were playing hide and seek. This place was taken over a group of Nobodies. But after they were all eliminated by the hero of the key, this place remained vacant...or that's what everyone thought. For deep, somewhere in a hidden room, locked with lock and key of keyblade, lies an inhabitant One that has been here for over 10 years. Sleeping...quiet..not making a sound. This...was Ventus. In the room where he slept, he is sitting on a throne. He looked peaceful. And even though it has passed so much. His face, his stature, his pure expression...remained the same for some reason. He has been sleeping for a long time now. But when the cards take their place. They then decide that it's time for the prince to wake up from his slumber.

 

 

 

"...Where...am I...?...This...this isn't your heart. Where did I ended up? ... Wait. What is this feeling? I haven't felt this in a long time...does...does this mean..."

 

 

 

"...does it mean...that my heart is finally complete again?"

 

 

Ventus sat on his throne sleeping, just as he has been for 12 years now. Then, the complete unexpected happens, something that no one thought it would happen. Ventus murmured something. He actually spoke in his sleep. Small words. Slowly, oh so slowly, Ventus raised his head. His eyes still closed. She moved his body, as he stretched the muscles that have been stuck in one same position for years. His eyes slowly opened. He could not see anything at first. But as his eyes get used to the lighting, his vision finally adjusts. He yawns and stretches his arms, his neck, his back. He looked around him. And the eternal silence that remained in the room and castle was finally broken by a voice, a voice that has not been heard in over a decade.

 

"...Where am I?"Ventus asks. His voice echoed through the room and bounced back towards him. Ventus looked around confused and just out of knowledge. So may questions were in his mind at the moment. But there was no one there for him to ask to. Ventus slowly stood up on his feel. His legs wobbled a bit and he held onto the chair for balance. His legs ached a bit. Maybe because he hadn't done actually excersise for quite the time. After a few moments. He is able to stand and walk normally. He looks around him. Not knowing where he was, what was this place, or what even happened.

 

"...what...argh...what happened...the last thing I remember is defeating...Vanitas."Ventus says. He looks around. He was in a locked room. He then searched through his pockets and felt something. He took it out. His green wayfinder. He gripped it tightly.

 

"Terra? Aqua?"Ventus asks looking around the room. No response. Ventus then walked around and saw a keyhole. He stared at it and then summoned his keyblade. He gripped it tightly, as he had missed to feel it in his hand. She pointed his keyblade towards the keyhole. A beam shotted and got the keyhole. The wall shone brightly and then dissapeared. Only to show a passege way of stairs. He, not seeing any other exit, wnet up the stairs. He ended up in a hall way. Where? He had no idea.

 

"I am so confused. Where am I? How did I get here?"Ventus asks. He rubbed the back of his neck as he looked around. His eyes full of innocence, and a bit of fear and sadness, of him lacking the knowledge he really wanted to have right at the moment. He then took a deep breath. He broke the silence once more, but with a higher tone in his voice.

 

"ANYONE HERE?!"Ventus asks loudly. His voice echoed throughout the entire castle. The echo laster pretty long. But Ventus got a bit annoyed as he had no response from anyone nor anything at all. Clueless and with not much of a choice. He started to walk around. His footsteps being heard all over. For he was the only sound in the entire place. Ventus looked around. The place felt somewaht familiar, but so strange and cold at the same time.

 

"Where's Aqua?Where's Terra?"Ventus asks. "Where's everyone?" He kept walking around aimesly. Letting his curiosity take over. He walked down staircases, went through hallways and doorways. Eventually, he managed to find an exit. He walke dout of the huge door and walked outside. The place was on a piece of land floating in the middle of practically nothing. Ventus turned back at the castle and stared at it.

 

"How did I..."Ventus says. He shakes his head and sighs. He really had no idea what the heck was happening to his life at the moment. He slowly looked around and then thinks.

 

"Well, I'm not going to be able to find any answers by just standing here."Ventus says with a smile. That smile that everyone adored of him. He tapped his shoulder pad and his armour covered him. He summoned his keyblade and threw it, it turned into his runner. It was in a skateboard plataform appearently. Ventus stepped on and took a few minutes to remember how to balance and ride it again.

 

"Let's go."Ventus says. The then revs it up and makes a portal. He passes through and the portal dissapears. Ventus, now in the lanes-in-between, glides and soars on his runner. In search of answers. He looked around the passing worlds. So far, he did not reconized any of them. He then stopped when he saw a world that attracted his attention. He saw that it was mostly like a huge castle.

 

"Maybe someone there can tell me where Aqua is...or where anyone is."Ventus says to himself. He traveled down to the world. The world was Hollow Bastion. In other words.

~*Chapter 2*~

The 'Squall',the 'ninja',and the 'true hero'

 

Ventus landed down and dismissed his armour and runner. He looked around. He slightly looked around with a strange expression, not knowing or remembering him ever visiting this place. He started to walk around the place, looking for someone he could ask what was this world's name. He stared up at the huge castle. He stared at it and got goosebumps as he had a somewhat de-ja-vu feeling of the place.

 

"OK..."Ventus says as he starts to walk away. Then he stops when he sees black shadow like creatures with yellow eyes pass by infront of him.

 

"What...are those things?"Ventus asks. He had never really seen Heartless before. He had seen and fought against them once as far as his memory can take him. But when he tried to remember he was suddenly sorrounded by the Heartless. They started to creep in,ready to attack. Ventus' eyes narrowed and summoned his blade at hand. The Heartless jumped over towards him. Ventus slashed one right in half. He then jumped up high evading that one would grab him by the feet. He threw his keyblade and did a ride strike. The blade went right through about 6 Heartless before returning to Ventus' hand. The Heartless dissapared as they were destroyed. Ventus landed back on the ground and then slashed Heartless after Heartless, destroying them. He jumpe back and slashed anbother few as he then used a chain of Fire magic and a whole bunch of fire spheres where right at the Heartless. All of the Heartless were gone for the moment. Ventus looked around.

 

"You're a Keyblade wielder, are you a friend of Sora?"A voice says. Ventus looked around and turned to see a guy with brown hair in a specific hairstyle. Leon.

 

"Sora?"Ventus asks. That name sounded familiar. It just flickered something that made him think that it was very familiar. But he couldn't figure out why it was familiar. "Um,no. I'm not a friend of Sora."

 

"Hm,I see. Well,nice to see more keyblade wielders around here though. With only so few like Sora and his friends,the Heartless situation has gotten pretty out of control."Leon says. Ventus thinks when he has heard the name of Heartless. He remembered that when Master Xeranorth trained him,Ventus has to fight off against a whole hoard of Heartless,even though he was only starting to wield a keyblade for what?A week or two? Ventus shook his head.

 

"Well,my name's Ventus. But you can call me Ven."Ventus says trying to be polite.

 

"I'm Leon. So Ven,what brings you here to Hollow Bastion?"Leon asks.

 

"(So this is how this world is called.)"Ventus thinks. "Well,I'm actually looking for my friends. One is Aqua,she's about this tall,blue short hair,blue eyes,um,has a symbol like this one I have here,and she can wield a keyblade like me. Also Terra. He's about this tall,just as tall as Aqua I think,only a bit taller though. He has brown spicky hair,brown eyes,he also has this symbol,and he can also wield a keyblade."

 

Leon thinks. "...sorry. I haven't seen anyone with that description."

 

"Oh..."Ventus says kin of dissapointed. Leon was about to say something else when a voice ringed up from affar.

 

"SQUALL! Where are you?"

 

"Crap."Leon says as he growls under his breath. He hated to be called like that. Then a familiar girl in a perticular outfit came by Leon's side. Yuffie.

 

"Squall,you made a new friend and you didn't minded to tell me?"Yuffie asks smiling.

 

Leon breath deeply. "Why do you always want to know of my matters anyways?"

 

Ventus just stared and rubbed the back of his neck. "Well,I-"

 

"Hello,I'm Yuffie,the greatest ninja around Hollow Bastion."Yuffie says smiling.

 

"You're the only ninja in Hollow Bastion. Anywho. Yuffie,this is Ventus. He's a keyblade wielder. Ventus this is my friend,Yuffie."Leon clears up.

 

Ventus smiled. "Nice to meet you Yuffie,I-"

 

"A keyblade wielder?!Like Sora,right?Are you a friend of Sora?"Yuffie asks all hyper like.

 

"Er,no. Don't know who Sora is though."Ventus says,even though the name seemed familiar. "Listen,I'm looking for my friends..."Ventus says. Then he describes to Yuffie the appearances of Terra and Aqua. Yuffie thinks for a very long while. After a minute or two. Ventus was still waiting for an answer.

 

"...well????"Leon asks with his arms crossed,looking towards Yuffie.

 

"... ... ... Never heard of them or seen them before. Sorry."Yuffie says with her famous smile. Ventus sighs but then smiles slightly.

 

"(Well...something it's better than nothing. And I need to keep trying.)"Ventus thinks.

 

"We don't know who they are,but we'll keep a close eye around though,and see if we happen to see someone of the description"Leon says.

 

"Thanks."Ventus says.

 

"Hey,Squall. Maybe we don't know anything. But maybe Aerith knows."Yuffie says smiling.

 

Leon slightly growled when Yuffie called him Squall,but answered. "Yeah. Maybe. But we should-"

 

"Well,what are we waiting for?Let's go!"Yuffie says as she then goes off running towards a direction. Leon sighs. Ventus walks over to him.

 

" 'Squall'?"Ventus asks.

 

"Don't. Ask."Leon says. Ventus couldn't help it and laughed a bit. Leon slightly smiled and both of them started to follow Yuffie around. They then get to a building and Yuffie enters first.

 

"Aerith,where are you?"Yuffie asks as she then moves around and looks all over the building. Ventus and Leon just waited in the living room of the place.

 

"Leon,you said that trhere weren't many Keyblade wielders around except Sora...who is Sora?"Ventus asks out of curiosity.

 

Leon looked away to another direction a bit. "He's a hero."

 

Ventus stared at him. Leon looked at him.

 

"You see...a whole situation about darkness,Heartless all over,and a whole bunch of crap was going around and casuing trouble. Then Sora appeared...and well...he just kind of saved the worlds from the darkness. He defeated various enemies that were threathning the worlds,and ever since he started his journey about two or three years ago. The worlds have been more peaceful,and the darkness has been lowering in a massive matter. All because of an accident according to him."Leon says. Ventus just stared.

 

"Whoa,so,he's a true hero?"Ventus asks.

 

"You can say that."Leon says.

 

Ventus looked down. "(True hero...)"Ventus thinks.

 

"Squall,Aerith's not here. She left a note on the table that says that she went off to help Merlin."Yuffie says as she walks into the room.

 

"Well then. Off to Merlin's we go."Leon says. Ventus stared at them.

 

"Merlin?"Ventus asks.

~*Chapter 3*~

More answers to find that to have found

 

"Merlin's a friend of ours. Aerith is always helping him out. Come on. It's not to far away from here."Leon says as he walks out the door, Yuffie following him behind. Ventus followed them and the three of them walked around the place. After a few minutes they get to a building. Yuffie knocks on the door before she slams it open.

 

"Aerith!You here?!"Yuffie asks as she enters. Leon and ventus enter behind her. The place was simple,but it was crowded with lots and lots of books all over. There were some shelves around. But there wasn't any space left for more books in them.

 

"Yuffie,do you have to be so loud?"Asks a soft voice. Then a girl in a pink outfit and a particular hairstyle comes by. Aerith.

 

"Sorry. But we needed to see you."Yuffie says.

 

"We?"Aerith asks,then she looks up to see Leon and Ventus.

 

Leon cleared his throath. "Aerith,meet Ventus. He's a keyblade wielder,just met him half an hour ago."

 

Aerith smiles and offers a hand shake. "Nice to meet you Ventus. I'm Aerith." Ventus shook her hand.

 

"Nice to meet you too,Aerith."Ventus says smiling and letting go of her hand.

 

"He is looking for some friends,so we thought that maybe you could have seen them."Yuffie says smiling. Did she ever stopped smiling?

 

"Right. You see,I'm looking for Aqua and Terra..."Ventus says as he went his way to explain the characteristics of them. Aerith thinks and then looks up.

 

"Sorry. I don't think I have seen neither of them."Aerith says with a kind of a sad look.

 

"Oh..."Ventus says looking down. Then he looks back up. "It's allright. I still have many places to lok for them. Thanks."

 

Aerith smiles.

 

"What is all of this racket going around?"A grumpy and old like voice asks. They all turned to see an old man with a long blue robe,a blue hat,long white beard,white hair,glasses and had a long wand at hand to keep him steady when standing and walking. It was Merlin.

 

"Well,explain yourselves."Merlin says.

 

"Forgive us Merlin,we were just talking. Look,we met someone new. Merlin,meet Ventus. He's a keyblade wielder. Ventus,this is Merlin."Aerith says introducing them to eachother. Ventus walked over to Merlin.

 

"Nice to meet you sir."Ventus says.

 

"I can say the same young ma..."Merlin says when the two of them stare at eachother. Then they jump back.

 

"I remember you!"The twwo off them say at the same time. Aerith,Yuffie and Leon stared. They looked at eachother and shrugged.

 

"You two know eachother?"Leon asks.

 

"Yeah. Kind of. I found a book just outside on the street. Then I walked inside a house and he was there. So I handed it over to him."Ventus explains.

 

Merlin nods. "Yes,I remember. But it was just a long time ago..."

 

"Couldn't be that long. Hold on,wahgt are you doing here?Last time I saw you,you lived in Radient Garden. Did you moved or something?"Ventus asks. Then he saw everyone else in the room stare and look at eachother with strange expressions. Then they all turned to him.

 

"Um..."Leon says.

 

"Ventus...Hollow Bastion IS Radient garden."Aerith says. Ventus then just stared at them and gave a few steps back.

 

"What...no...impossible."Ventus says in shock. "(...no way...this...this place...it's really Radient Garden?}" Ventis shook his head. "You guys are just pranking me aren't you?Nice try,won't work. Now seriously,why did you moved out of Radient Garden?"

 

Everyone stared at him. Silence. Ventus' smily and happy expression slowly turned into a shocked one. He then backed away until he had his back against the wall. He slowly looked down. "No...how could...when...when did this even happened?When did Radient Garden turned into this?"

 

Everyone just stared at eachother. Leon rubbed the back of his neck,Aerith played with her fingers a bit and Yuffie looked away.

 

"We...don't really remember."Leon says. Ventus stares at Aerith and Yuffie. They shake their heads. Ventus sighs and looks at Merlin. "Merlin?"

 

Merlin breaths deeply. "About...5 or 8 years ago. An incident happened in the great castle. That created a huge shockwave that went throughout the world...and messed up the place a bit. Then. Heartless started to appear around this world the most. Line never before. They crept in. None of the people here had any weapons. So we could only run away. Slowly all of the population was cornered up all around the castle. And Radient Garden became this wasteland that you see that sorrounds us. And with the Heartless attacking. This is what's left."Merlin explains. Then they all looked at Ventus. Who had a face that seemed like if he had seen someone who was or was being murdered infront of his eyes. Aerith looked at him with a worried look. "Ventus,are you allright? You look pale." Aerith got closer but Ventus backed away. As if he could any more since his back was against the wall. His face turned completely pale,like a ghost,his expression was just frozen like. His knees trembled and eventually gave in as Ventus letted himself drop down. Sitting up,his wall against the wall.

 

"Ventus?Ventus!Merlin,what's up?!"Yuffie asks snapping her fingers infront of Ventus' face. Ventus gulped.

 

"Leon...Aerith...Yuffie...I met Merlin back then...when Radient Garden was at it's flurish...I was how I look right now. Then...I kind of fell asleep...and I'm here now. 8 years later...and still the same."Ventus says. They all slowly turned to him.

 

"What?What are you saying?"Leon asks seriously. Ventus looks down.

 

"I'm confused!!!!"Yuffie says.

 

"What he is saying is that he was here before the incident. Just as he looks now,15 and young,over ten years ago. He had seen Radiant Garden in it's best before the incident years ago. Over 10 years have passed since I have last seen him. And he is still the same. He has not aged...he has not changed."Merlin explains. Everyone then just went silent. Silence covered the entire room for about 5 minutes. Then Aerith's voice broke that silence. "So...he's...inmortal?"Aerith asks.

 

"No. I'm not inmortal. I am very sure of that. But...something happened. Something happened after I fought off Vanitas. Something that I don't know of. Something that might be the key to my questions."Ventus says standing up. He stared at all of them. "Merlin...are any other worlds...that have been through a change like this?"

 

"I don't think so."Merlin says. Ventus slowly noded and turned. He started to walk away and opened the door to leave.

 

"Wait,Ventus,where are you going?"Aerith asks worried. Ventus didn't turned to look at neither of them.

 

"To visit someone that might hold the answers that I seek."Ventus says as he walks out and closes the door. Leaving everyone staring at space and the door. Leon closed his eyes and crossed his arms,breathing deeply. Yuffie then ranned outside to see Ventus or try to stop him. But when she looks around. She olny saw a portal in the sky dissapear. Yuffie stared. Ventsu was now flying in the lanes-in-between. Confused,kind of scared,shocked. Not knowing what was it anymore.

 

Ventus breathed. "(I belive I only have one more chance to see what happened after Vantias' defeat.)"Ventus thinks. He looks upfront to see the Mysterious Tower right at the far of the horizon.

 

 

"I guess I'll need to visit one of the masters."

~*Chapter 4*~
The master breaks the truth of reality

Ventus got to the Mysterious Tower. He landed down and dismissed his armour and blade. He looked up at the tower and breathed. "I need to find the truth of all of this."Ventus says. He then walked up towards the tower. He opened the door and entered. He looked around and saw the spiral staircase. He started to walk up the stairs until he eventually got to the top. He stood infront of the door. His mind went back and forth wondering if he should enter. But he needed to find these answers he was searching for. Ventus raised his hand in a fist and knocked on the door three times.

"Enter."A voice says. Ventus breathed deeply and slowly opened the door. He looked at the master that was sitting on the chair,infront of a desk. He had a long dark blue robe,a dark blue wizzard hat,he had a long grey beard. He was Master Yen Sid. Yen Sid looked up from his book and looked at Ventus. He seemed a bit surprised. But he kept his composture.

"Ventus...You have awoken."Yen Sid says. He looked out the window to see two stars in specific. One blue,one green.

"Master Yen Sid...I have come here to ask some questions. Questions that you might have answer of."Ventus says as he closes the door and walked over closer to Yen Sid,standing infront of his desk.

"You may ask. And I will answer what I can."Yen Sid says.

Ventus noded. "Thank you." Ventus looked down and then back up. "The last of my memory is of me defeating Vantias,then everything just went white and blur. Next thing I know,I'm awake,in a strange room,in a straneg world. When I came out of there,I went to Radiant Garden...or Hollow Bastion. Only to find...that I have been away for more than just a few momnets...more like years. Master...what happened?"

Yen Sid breathed and answered. "I am not sure what exactly happened."Yen Sid looks out at the window. "All I know is that you and your friend Aqua were brought here by Mickey. He had found you two in the Lanes-in-between. Aqua woke up. But you didn't."Yen Sid says. He turned to Ventus. Who was just staring,waiting for him to finish. Yen Sid breathed. "Your heart was incomplete. Without your half,you were unable to wake up. Your heart went in search of a new half,or a friend. A place to be safe until it recovered. Aqua accepted this and took you to where you founded yourself for your body to be in safe keeping. You were expected to be in this sleep for months...form that it turned to years. Eventually...some of us were starting to think you would never wake up. And yet here you are now."

Ventus stared at Master Yen Sid. "So it's true. I have been asleep for years."Ventus looks down.

Yen Sid nods. "Yes. Over a decade."

Ventus looked back up. "Master,where did Aqua go?After she left me in that place?Where did she went of to?"Ventus asks. Master Yen Sid stroke his beard a bit. "I belive she went in search of your other friend...Terra."Master Yen Sid clears.

"Do you know where she is right now?"Ventus asks. Yen Sid shook his head.

"I am sorry to say Ventus,I have no idea of Aqua's wereabouts. She was expected to be seen around and keep in touch. Then she just dissapeared. And we haven't had a word from her in years."Yen Sid says. Ventus looked up at him. "Is Aqua allright?"Ventus asks. He stared at Master Yen Sid. Hoping for atleast an answer to that. Yen Sid stared at him and then looked out the window. "Her star is still shinning brightly...so she is not done yet."Yen Sid says. Ventus looked up smiling. "But."Yen Sid says. He turned to Ventus. "I cannot answer where she is or where she can be found. That is up to you to figure out."Yen Sid clears.

Ventus noded. "Yes sir."Ventus says. He looks around. "I am so confused...but I bealive that I can figure many of my questions all on my own from now on."Ventus smiled. Master Yen Sid smiled and noded. Ventus turned and started to walk away.

"You have no more questions?"Yen Sid asks. Ventus stopped and shook his head. He turned towards Master Yen Sid.

"No thanks. I have that question cleared up. Now I need to get out there and find more questions,and answer them on my own."Ventus says smiling. He then took out his good luck charm,his green wayfinder. "Besides...I have some friends to find." With that. Ventus turned and walked away. Master Yen Sid smiled and thne his face got a serious look as he looked out at the window. He could see Ventus forming his runner and then dissapearing into a portal into the lanes-in-between. Master Yen Sid looked at some stars. "Terra's star...it has a dim shine...does this mean that maybe Ventus might succed after all?"Yen Sid asks to himself. He then looked down. "He could have only woken up...if his heard was completed...so...who is sharing his heart with?"Yen Sid wonders. From the window. The sky was visible to three different stars. Then one red start started to shine lightly right in the middle of them.

~*Chapter 5*~

Not all was left the same

 

 

Ventus flew around the lanes-in-between. Looking fowards. Passing by worlds. Some new to him. Some he already knew of. Many questions,memories and answeres went around his head. Starting to acomodate and come to their place. As peices of a puzzle until Ventus was a bit clear of everything that was sorrounding him. "I have been gone for so long...I feel like if I was a ghost of the past or something. I don't know..."Ventus says confused and a bit dissapointed. But then he looked up and saw a world familiar to him from his memories. It was Olympus Collesium. "No way. I wonder..."Ventus says. He then revs up his runner towards the world. He ends up landing right infront of the arena. He dismissed his armour and runner as he looked around. Seeing everything just as the same way he last saw it over a decade ago. "Whoa. This place hasn't changed."Ventus smiles,feeling relieved that a place he knew from the past still seemed the same,besides Mysterious Tower. "(That's great.)"Ventus then turned and ranned towards the doors of the building. He opened them and he entered. This place never changed. "Heh,they said to come back when both of them are true heroes...so,where are they?"Ventus asks to himself. He then heard some noise from inside the arena.

 

"Come on Herc!Don't tell me all of these years of training have been for nothing!

 

Ventus smiled reconizing that voice anywhere. He ranned into the arena and saw a familiar face.

 

"Come on Herc!Move those block!"The small half goat man says. Ventus walked over to him.

 

"So Phill,has Herc become a true hero yet?"Ventus asks.

 

"Huh?!Who's there?!"Phill asks. He looked around and then turned to see Ventus. His eyes widened and his jaw almost dropped as he saw Ventus. "FOR THE LOVE OF ZEUS!!!!Ventus!Is that you?!"

 

Ventus couldn't help it and laighed slightly along with a smile. "Yup. Missed me?" Ventus felt more confident.

 

"It has been over 10 years since you promised to visit. I though you forgot of us. But...you haven't changed at all!!What happened to ya kid?!"Phill asks. Ventus was about to answer when he saw a really strong looking,muscular guy comming by.

 

"Hey Phill,I moved those blocks into the..."The guy says when he sees Ventus. "No way. Ventus?!"The guy asks smiling. Ventus stared at him and then smiled widely.

 

"Hercules,Herc,Herc,is that you?!"Ventus asks.

 

Herc smiled and then got him in a playful headlock and started to mess with his hair. "Ventus!How have you been?!Haven't seen you in so long!You haven't changed at all!"

 

Ventus laughed as he got away from the head lock and fixed his hair. "I would say the same about you but look at you. You're all muscled up."

 

"Yup. I have been training hard. I became a hero."Herc says.

 

"For real?Phill,this true?"Ventus asks.

 

Phill nods. "Yup. His training payed off very well." Ventus smiled to see that after so much Herc finally reached his dream of becoming a hero. "Oh yeah,where's Zack?Did he became a hero too?"Ventus asks looking around. As Ventus mentions Zack,Phill and Herc look at eachother with sad expression,then back at Ventus.

 

"Kid,Zack i-"

 

"Is he here?I bet that if he is,he must be training around,or did he went to become a hero in a whole other world?"Ventus asks.

 

"Kid. Zack isn't here. Not...anymore."Phill says. Ventus turned to him. "What do you mean?"Ventus asks. Herc looks down and then back up at Ventus. Ventus was now getting worried. "Guys,what's wrong?Where's Zack?"Ventus asks.

 

"Zack's not here..."Herc says. Phill looked at Ventus. "A few years ago,an oponent came to challenge him. Zack accepted. So we letted them have their battle meanwhile we trained. Then we heard an explotion comming from the arena. We went to see what was going on. But we didn't found anyone. Only a black feather. We looked all over. Zack wasn't around,nowhere to be found. The oponent came back years after that incident. But he said he had no idea where Zack went. He lied,I know that but..."

 

Ventus stared at them and then felt an ache in his heart. He had no idea what to think and say. "(Zack...)"Ventus thinks. He looks upfront slowly. "I guess...not everything is as when I last saw it..." Phill and Herc looked at Ventus.

 

Herc shook his head. "Hey hey,we don't need to be sad. Knowing Zack. He just must be somewhere out there,already a hero,but needed somewhere in some world."Herc says trying to cheer Ventus up a little bit.

 

Ventus looked up. "I guess..." Ventus looked up and then back at them. He noded. Then his mind got back on track. "Oh,right. Guys. Have you seen Terra and Aqua?"Ventus asks. Just incase,Ventus described Terra and Aqua to them. Herc and Phill easily remembered.

 

"Well,no. We haven't. Last time we saw them was over a decade ago. Just around the same time you dissapeared."Phill says.

 

Ventus sighs and crosses his arms. "Oh well..." Ventus then looked back up at them. He noded and then turned to leave,

 

"Hey,you leaving already?"Herc asks.

 

Ventus turned and noded. "Well,yeah,I need t-" Suddenly,a strong wind came and started to blow all around the arena. Then a black smoke cloud appeared.

 

"Aw,isn't this sweet?A small friendly reuinion. It's so cute that I could barf."

 

Ventus summoned his blade and got ready along with Phill and Herc as the smoke clared up to shoe the lord of the dead himself,Hades.

~*Chapter 6*~

Hades = Trouble

 

Ventus stared at Hades. He haden't met him back when he last came. So he didn't really know who he was.

 

"Phill,who's he?"Ventus asks.

 

"I'll tell you who I am. I'm Hades. Lord of the DEAD!!!"Hades says as his blue flame at his head suddenly rise up and then return to normal. Ventus just stared with a blank expression on his face. "Thank you thank you."Hades says.

 

"Enough,what are you doing here?"Herc asks.

 

"Can't the lord of the dead take a nice pleasent stroll around the world of the living?"Hades asks. They all glared at Hades and got ready to fight. Hades sighed. "Oh come on,we don't have to form a whole situation now do we?" Hades then looked at Ventus.

 

"Enough of your distractions,what do you want Hades?!"Phill asks.

 

"I just sensed something strange here so I came to check around. It was like a strange light feeling just appeared out of nowhere and..."Hades says as he then sees Ventus and his keyblade. "AH-HA!So that's what I felt."Hades go closer to Ventus and started to walk around him. "Hm,I haven't seen one of those ever since that brat of Sora came. And Bluebird but that was WAY ago."

 

" 'Bluebird'?"Ventus asks.

 

Hades nods. "Yeah,some girl who could also wield one of those keyblade thingies,bleu hair,blue eyes-"

 

"Aqua."Ventus says.

 

"Yeah,I think that was her name,I don't remember."Hades says walking away.

 

"Do you know where she is?"Ventus asks.

 

"Kid,that was like,13 or 14 years ago I think. I have no idea where she went."Hades says. Ventus looks down. "Though,she wanted to save that friend of hers,Terra,was it?Man,he could have made it far with the darkness,but then he just lost it with the whole 'friends' thing."

 

"You know Terra?Wait. What darkness?"Ventus asks looking up.

 

"Terra was a perfect candidate for the darkness,he was justr perfect. But THEN he just HAD to drive off the goal. Anywho,he then dissapeared and was never seen again."Hades says.

 

"I can't belive this."Ventus says looking down.

 

"Meh,he wasn't even worth the tittle of being part. He was to soft hearted for his 'friends'. Though,if he had put more effort into it,the darkness would have given him so mich more streanght."Hades says.

 

Ventus looked up. "Terra doesn't need darkness to become strong. He already is strong and doesn't need any darkness to help him become any stronger."

 

"Oh really?How would you know Mr.Sunshine?"Hades asks.

 

"What did you say?!"Ventus asks.

 

Hades then walked around Ventus and looked at him. "Hm,that heart of yours,I can sense that darkness is very weak in it...or not there at all. I know,how about you give me a chance to show you that the darkness isn't so bad after all. Come on kid. I'll give you some darkness,you'll see how good it is,and you'll come with me and I'll show you all you can do with so much darkness as your new ally,what do you say?"

 

"The darkness will never be my ally. The darkness will never taint me. Not now,not ever!"Ventus says summoning his blade.

 

"Heh,oh,aren;t you spunky today?Well. It was worth a shot."Hades says as he then dissapears in a cloud of smole. Ventus goes to get him but he was already gone. "Oh,and your friend of darkness was more than interested in the darkness than you tought. Bye."Hades voice says in an echo and then fades away. Ventus dissumoned his blade and looked down. "Terra...he would never do it...he would never give into the darkness...would he?"Ventus asks. Then he felt a hand on his shoulder. It was Herc.

 

"Relax Ven,it's hades we're talking about here. He causes trouble all over and always finds a way to mess with the mind. Don't let him get to ya."Herc says.

 

Phill came by. "Hey. Like Herc says,don't let Hades' words get ya. I knew Terra. He was a champ,I can tell ya that."

 

Ventus looked down and then back up. He smiled a bit. "Yeah. You guys are probably right." Ventus then looked at them and noded. "Thanks." Ventus then turned and started to walk out of the arena.

 

"You going already?"Phill asks.

 

Ventus turned to them. "Yeah. I have many worlds to visit. And I need to find them."Ventus then with those words turned and left to the entrance. He summoned his blade,witch turned into a rider,then he activated his armour. He hopped on,made a portal and left. After a few seconds. In that same spot,a witch appears. Malificent.

 

"Hm...this shall be...intriguing..."Malificent says smiling evilly and then dissapearing.

Wow just took a break from mine and started reading yours for the 1st time. This is just amazingly detailed. Aside from that I noticed a few typos such as in the 1st chapter, I recall ventus being a "he" not a "she" but its not a big deal I guess. Can't wait for more though.

~*Chapter 7*~
One place that didn't change

Ventus rode in the lanes-in-between. He looked down thinking that the worlds he had visited had changed and that the friends he knew back then have either changed,stayed the same or have simply dissapeared. He didn't knew what to do,but one thing kept him going. The promise he made to find his friends. But even though. By now. He was starting to get frustruated. Ventus passed by a whole bunch of worlds. Then stopped when he noticed a familiar one. He chuckled and raised towards it. He could see the mounatins,rainbows,and seas. Neverland. He wondered if Peter was still here though. He then went around flying. Meanwhile from below,in the pirate ship. Captain Hook was planning another attempt to capture Peter Pan. His most trusted crew member,Smee,was looking through his telescope when he notices something. He quickly runs towards Captain Hook.

"Captain,captain!"Smee says frantically when he then slips on some water and starts to slide around the floor still on his feet.

"What is it Sme-"Hook says when Smee crashes into him and they both fall down in some barrels. Hook sits up and glares at Smee. Smee shook his head and regained his posture.

"Captain,in the sky,look!" Smee says as he handed Hook the telescope and pointed at the sky. Hook took the telescope with his hook hand and looked around. His telescope view then stopped as he saw Ventus on the sky. Riding his runner and in his armour.

"For mother's beard."Hook says.

Smee ranned over to him. "I belive he can be one of Peter's friends."Smee says.

Hook nods. He turns to his men. "Prepare the cannons. We must take that sea-rat of the sky right now!"Hook says. Meanwhile Ventus was carelessly running his runner in the sky. "I wonder if Peter has changed." Suddenly a cannon ball went right at him. Ventus dodged it by luck.

"Whoa!" Ventus says as he bearly missed the cannon ball. "What was that?" Then he dodged another cannon ball. He looked around and saw Hook's ship shotting at him. "Hook."

"Take him down!"Hook demands from the ship. Smee noded and starte dto hurry down and around. "You heard the Captain. Take himd own. Go go." Smee says insisting the crew to work right. More cannon balls went flying and Ventus was doing his best to dodge them. But then one of them got the runner from the end part and the runner started to spin a bit and then knocked Ventus off his runner. Ventus yelled slightly as he fell down along with his runner. He fell into the water. He dismissed his armour and runner and then swammed up to the surface and looked around. He heard some laughter.

"There he fell."One of the crew members say. Ventus looked around and then saw a familiar face. "Hook!"Ventus says angry. Hook takes a closer look and then jumps back a bit as he sees who it is.

"YOU?!"Hook asks. He gets an angry expression on his face and turns to the crew. "Get that sea-rat right now!" The crew instantly got tne cannons ready and started to shoot towards Ventus. Ventsu freaked and started to swim around fast trying to evade the cannon balls. The cannon balls started to get to his side and bearly mssing him. He takes a deep breath and dives down underwater. He started to swim around holding his breath as he saw the cannon balls falling down into the water pretty fast. He swam away faster. Meanwhile on Hook's boat Hook was getting desperate to get a hit on Ventus. Ventus couldn't hold his breath any longer and swam up to the surface,coughed a bit as he gasped for air and then just swam like crazy. Hook smirked as he then had a cannon pointed right at him. "Here we go..."Hook says. Then he as startled by a familiar fake roost call.

"Planning on something you old codfish?"

Hook and the entire crew turned to see a familiar boy in a green outfit floating besides the sail of the boat.

"Peter Pan!"Hook says.

Ventus slightly turned and could see him even though Ventus was kind of a bit far away. "Peter."

Peter Pan smirked and then flew around. Hook got angry and growled. "GET HIM!"Hook demanded. The crew then frantically started to run around. One bumbping with another getting ready to shoot at Peter. The cannon balls then went flying towards Peter. Peter would then easily dodge the cannon balls as he then made faces at Hook and his crew. The cannon balls would miss Peter but would hit parts of the ship,messing it up. The cannons got the sails and made holes in them,got parts of the wood around and broke them. Soon enough Hook looked around to see his ship falling appart,atleast the outside part of it. He growled and looked at Peter who was flying,but was in a position that seemed like if he was laying down on a bed or on the floor. Peter waved at him smiling and then flew away with his parthner Tinker Bell who was besides him. Hook growled and then letted out a scream of furry.

"I WILL CATCH YOU PETER PAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Suddenly a lamp fell on Hook from one of the high posts and the feather of his hat got on fire. Smee then hurringly took a bucket and looked around. He filled it with some beer that was around since it was the closest liquid he could reach and threw it over Hook. Who then glared at him and then closed his eyes and his face turned red with anger.

"SMEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Peter laughs and then gets to the shore. Just then Ventus came walking from the water. He collapsed on the sand and tried to catch his breath. Peter flew over to him. "Ven,is that you?"Peter asks. Ventus looked up and smiled slightly as he tried to catch his breath. He satted up.

"Peter,nice to see you again. How have you been?You haven't changed a bit."Ventus says. "(Now that I notice,none of this place has changed a bit.)"

"Of course we haven't changed a bit. This is Neverland,and it has only passed a few weeks."Peter says.

Ventus stared at him,and then thinks for a god while. "(Weeks?)"Ventus thinks. He didn't really knew about this world's effect of time going slower. And that anyone here who stayed never aged. He shook his head and looked at Peter. He was happy to see that someone haden't changed. Ventus stood up and shook the sand off his clothes. Tinker Bell flew around him. "Hi there Tink,how have you been?"Ventus asks. Then Thinker Bell starts to pull his hair. Ventus laughed. "OK OK,I get it."Ventus says as she moved his hand and got her off. Ventus looked back at Peter.

"What are you doing here Ven?Came back for a visit?"Peter asks.

"Actually,I'm looking for some friends. Their names are Aqua and Terra. Aqua has-"

"Aqua?As in short,blue hair and blue eyes Aqua?"

Ventus stared at him. "Y-Yes,have you seen her?"

"Long ago. She was looking for you. Then she went away to I don't know where."

"Oh..."Ventus looked down. He then explained to Peter about Terra. Peter told him he haden't seen him. Ventus sighed. Then Peter came up to him. "Hey,come with us,me and the lost boys are going on a treasure hunt again. Want to come?"Peter asks. Ventus thought for a good while and then looked back up and noded. "Yeah."Ventus says. Peter then looked at Tinker Bell. "Will you do the honors?"Peter asks. Tinker Bell then started to fly around Ventus dropping fary dust over him. Ventus started to float. Ventus noded and then followed Peter and Tinker Bell back to the secret base. Ventus was happy that this place haden't changed at all.

Well,from what I learned from the movie and film,Neverland time passes kind of slowly (reason why whoever stays there never grows adult). And it would be winter whenever Peter Pan left and would be back to spring whenever Peter Pan came back. Atleast that's hwat I rememember,sorry if I'm wrong,if so,so sorry. QoQ

~*Chapter 8*~

A treasure hunt for trouble

 

Ventus,Peter and Tinker Bell got to the base in the tree and entered to find the lost boys.

 

"Peter Pan."The lost boys say.

 

"Hey guys,remember him?"Peter asks as Ventus came walking in.

 

"Ven!"The lost boys say.

 

"Hi guys."Ventus says as he walks over to them.

 

"Ven here will be with us on our treasure hunt."Peter says. The lost boys cheer. Ventus smiled as he saw Tinker Bell trying to pull out a map from a basket. Ventus went and helped her. He opened the map and everyone looked at it.

 

"This treasure has some sea-shells that we found around along with some sling-shots. If we follow the map,we should be able to find it. Let's go!"Peter Pan says. They all cheered and walk outside. They all start to walk around following the directions of the map witch was being held by Ventus. "So,Ven,where should we go now?"Peter asks.

 

Ventus looked down at the map. "Um..." He scanned the map and looked around. He then found a path. "Um,that way."

 

"Very well,let's go that way-"Peter says when suddenly cannon balls went at them. They started to dodge frantically. From affar Hook was watching from a telescope,laughing evilly,or atleast trying to.

 

"Get them!"Hook says as they fired more cannon towards them. They dodged their best and then the cannon balls hitted the wall behind them so repetevely,making it collapse and close the two paths between Peter and half of the lost boys and Ventus,Tinker Bell and the other half of the lost boys.

 

"Guys,meet us at the Indian Camp. Get out of fire range!"Peter says,seeing that there was no time to just try to fly over the mountain,especially with the lost kids and the cannong balls comming at them. He and his group went on one way. Ventus noded and he and his group went on another way.

 

"Don't let them escape!"Hook says looking through the telescope,not wanting them to get away. Ventus,Tinker Bell and the lost boys that were with them ranned as fast as possible out of the fire range. Trying to not get hit by the cannon balls. Even though unknown to any of them,from way affar. There was a dark presence standing there,leaning against the wall,staring through the helmet he was wearing.

 

 

 

"Finally."

~*Chapter 9*~

Hook goes for it again

Ventus,Tinker Bell and the Lost Boys got out just in time. They ranned up until they reached a safe area. All of them panted out of breath.

"Is everyone-" Ventus panted. "Allright?" Ventus asks. The lost boys nod. Tinkerbell just looked away a bit angry. "Come on Tink. Don't be like that."Ventus says. He then turned to the lost boys. "So,to the indian camp,right?"Ventus asks.

The lost boys nod. "Yup. Right around there."One of them says.

Ventus nods. "Allright. Let's go."Ventus says smiling. The Lost Boys nod and run off happily. Ventus goes after them along with Tinker Bell. They eventually got to the Indian Camp. There was Peter and the rest. "There you are,"Peter says. Ventus nods. They all then gather around to look at the treasure map.

"Ok,let's see. According to this map. A puzzle of the treasure should be around here somewhere."Peter says. "In the Indian Camp?"One of the lost boys asks. "Yup,"Peter says. The Lost boys trhen scatter and start to look all around for the treasure puzzle. One of them jumped into a tent and came back out of a casket. "Not here."He says. Two others climbed up a totem pole and looked around. They looked back down and shook their heads,signaling that it wasn't there either. Peter smiles as he saw them all trying to find the treasure puzzle. Ventus started to look around for it too.

Peter then looked around. "Has anyone seen Tink?"Peter asks.

Ventus stared at him and then looked around. "She was just here a second ago."Ventus says.

"Looking for someone?"A voice asks. Everyone turnedto see captain Hook and his sidekick Smee holding Tinker Bell inside a crystal lamp.

"HOOK!"The Lost Boy say.

"Tink!"Peter says. Tinker Bell punched the glass but it was effortless. "Let her go Hook."

"Ah,but why would I do that?I think I'll keep her,until she helps me find all of the treasures!"Hook says. Suddenly something black cma eout of nowhere and took the trasure map out of Peter's hands. They all saw it was a strange bird Heartless. It landed on Hook's shoulder and handed him the treasure map.

Ventus' eyes narrowed. "A Heartless."Ventus says. He summoned his keyblade. Then the bord Heartless grew and stood infront of them as it roared. They all stepped back.

Hook laughed. "Ba bye Peter Pan!"Hook says as he and Smee run off with Tinker Bell and the treasure map. Peter Pan tried to go after him but he was stopped by the giant Heartless. Ventus got infront. "Step back."Ventus says. The Heartless attacked towards Ventus. Ventus jumped back and then threw his keyblade. The keyblade went flying and it got the Bird Heartless. The keyblade returned to Ventus' hand. The Heartless charged at Ventus and knocked him off his feet. Ventus fell down and looked up as the bird Heartless was about to claw at him.

Ventus rose his keyblade. "Aeroga!"Ventus says as the wind went flying,sending it back and falling on the ground. Ventus took this chance and rose his blade again. "Thundaga!"Ventus yelled as a powerful Thundaga fell down onto the Heartless bird. Ventus then jumped up and slammed his keyblade down againsgt the Heartless bird. The Heartless bird roared and then dissapeared. It's heart went floating up.

Ventus then turned to Peter. "We need to go and rescue Tink."Ventus says.

Peter noded agreeing. He turned to the Lost Boys. "Lost Boys,attention. You are to go back to the hideout for me and Ven to rescue Tink."Peter says. They all noded and ranned off. Peter turned to Ventus. "Ok,if I am correct. The treasure should be hidden in..."Peter says. He then went over to a rock and lifted it up. He took something from under it and Ventus saw it was a small replica of a skull made out of rock. "Skull Island."Peter and Ventus say at the same time. They nod and run off to rescue Tinker Bell.

By the tik and the tok of the croc

Hook stared down as Smee was digging up in the middle of skull island. Looking for the treasure. "Have you found it yet Smee?!"Hook asks.

Smee panted and looked up. "Not yet captain sir!"

"Well,keep digging!"Hook says.

"Aye aye sir!"Smee says as he kept digging. Hook smiled and then looked at Tinker Bell. Tinker Bell looked down and kept trying to get out.

"Found it captain!~"Smee says. He then forced the treasure chest to the surface and out of the hole. Hook's eyes glew with glee.

"HOOK!"Two voices say. Hook turned to see Ventus and Peter running towards them just in time. "Let go of Tinker Bell you cockfish!"Peter says.

Hook laughed. "Take it!I won't need it anymore,now that I have the treasure!"Hook says as he threw the lamp. Ventus quickly threw himself and caught the lamp just in time. Ventus smiled. "I gotcha."Ventus says. He stood up and letted Tinker Bell out. Peter went towards her. "You ok Tink?"Peter asks. Tinker Bell noded.

Hook laughed as he stared at the treasure chest. "The treasure. It's FINALLY MINE!!!"Hook says. He laughed and opened the chest. "Golden dabloons,saphires,rubies,and...WHAT?!"Hook asks in surprise as all he saw was slingshots and wodden swords. "What is this?!This is not the treasure!!!It can't be!!!Where is the gold?!The jewels?!"Hook yells.

Peter laughed. "Those things meant nothing. So we threw them into the ocean and used the chest for something even more valuable. Memories."Peter says. Ventus noded. Hool got angry,his face went red with anger.

He roared. "NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!"Hook yelled with anger. He then took out his sword. "You will pay for this Pan!"Hook yelled.

Ventus quickly got upfront and summoned his blade. "I don't think so Hook!"Ventus says.

"We'll see."Hook says. Hook then charged at him with his sword. Ventus quicky blocked and smacked him back. Hook tripped a bit and then stood back up straight. He went towards Ventus and swang his sword around. Ventus got a small cut on his cheek and blood went down.

"Ventus!"Peter says.

"I'm fine!"Ventus says as he charged right at Hook. He slammed his keyblade at him,sending Hook back.

Hook balanced on the edge to not fall. "HA! You will never defeat m-" Then he stopped on his tracks when he heard a familiar and scary sound to him.

"Tik,tok,tik,tok,tik,tok,tik,tok..." Then a crocodile rose up and saw Hook. Hook shook. The croc's eyes widen and it licked its lips. Hook freaked and then turned to Ventus. Ventus smirked and attacked again. They spared for a few minutes. Ventus jumped back. He then used Areoga towards Hook. It sented Hook back and into the water.
