KH2 Sephiroth, my old friend

Sephiroth is a good guy, but I don't know if he's stronger than Mysterious Figure or not. For example, who's the difficullest to beat, Sephiroth at level 53 difficult mode or Mysterious Figure at level 53 difficult mode (or even Critical mode) ?

i've never fought MF but i have fought and beaten both kh1 & kh2 versions of sephiroth so, although i can't REALLY make an acurate choice before hand, i will say that from what i've seen, kh bosses go down the difficult list as so:

1-sephiroth kh1

2-xemnas kh1fm

3-mysterious figure khbbsfm

4-red eyes khbbsfm

 

idk but i think red eyed heartless and final mix xemnas are up there, not counting remnants or absent siloetes. what do the rest of you think (mainly talking to ppl who've played the final mixes unlike me) and sorry to answer your question with another question but the first part of this post is my take on the subject so . . . . yeah!

kh1 Sephiroth is the easiest of all. I leveled up to 100 by beating him from level 80, and I must have lost only six times. As for the mysterious figure, I never want to fight that thing again. EVER.

MF is tougher and it took me more time to beat him than Sephiroth. Plus, the difficulty in the games are different.

Aqua- lvl 53

Sephirot...it was around the 50-53, I believe.

 

But there is a thing that we must know before judging who is the weaker. In Kh2, you can use the Attack Boost, Defense Boost, Magic Boost..So it makes it really easy to boost your status, unlike BBS where you have to lvl up in order to boost it. If you collect a lot of the Boosters, you can have high attributes.. So, I can't really judge who is the weaker. Sephirot has a lot more HP than MF.. But MF has a better attack than MF... For me, it's a tie. not that I think that Sephirot is harder, but thinking on those things.. It really becomes hard to choose...

tutti frutti. For KH1 I thought Sephiroth was more of a challenge than his KH2 counterpart. To me Sephiroth in KH2 wasn't really that challenging, more of a warm up to get back into the game, but still a fun fight nonetheless. Seeing as how the only real secret bosses that I have faced were Vanitas Spirit and Mysterious Figure, I find the Mysterious Figure to be the most challenge, mostly since you have to have only Thunder Surge and Curaga Spells in your command list. Vanitas Spirit was a good challenge, I didn't find as challenging as the MF, mostly since I watched a number of clips to get down his fighting style. (I didn't think NA would get any REAL secret boss outside of Sephiroth.) But between Sephiroth(KH1 and KH2) and MF, I would definitely say MF is the strongest in the series, so far.

The Bonus bosses in BBS (Excluding Final Mix) are only hard because of artificial difficulty. They have ridiculously long attack animations, and high attack power, making the battles tedious, since you'll spend most of your time dodging since it's essentially a death sentence to attack at any time but the specific openings. They are easily the msot time wasting bosses in KH history.

MF is way harder. And for anyone who hasn't played against him yet doesn't deserve to determine who's stronger. And Joby how can you even put Red Eyes on that list. Sephiroth is strong I'll admit it but MF is 10x harder. But I can beat MF easily now because I'm on level 80 with Ventus.

Lingering Sentiment is in KH2FM, where you can't play as Ven. It's Terra's armor with a cape.

Actually, it's called Vanitas Lingering Spirit. The Lingering Sentiment was the name given to Terra's armor after he became Terranort and could no longer use it.

Even if Sepiroth casts ultima, just use a high potion or you can intercept him in the air.

Two things wrong with that

 

1) Sephiroth doesn't use Ultima. The attack you're talking about is Heartless Angel

2) Lingering Sentiment is the name for Terra's armor when he becomes posessed, which you only fight in KH2FM. You're talking about Vanitas Lingering Spirit.

But it looks like MF is harder. I needed to spam Voltage Stack and Unison Rush to beat MF.
