I really disagree. Movies somehow kill the dignity of the originals, if you know what I mean. Especially games with unrealistic hair and whatnot.

I'd like it. As we all know, Disney is a master at movies. Animated or Real People (Live Action). As we know, Square is a master at CGI. They could mix it together to create a masterpiece. A CGI Animated Live Action Masterpiece!! Lol no but seriously. It could turn out really good as CGI, or animated. I'd love LA, its just the Disney part. Its gonna be hard to generate those characters through computers. Then again, I've seen Fan-Made Movies of Games tur

No I would not want a kingdom hearts movie since disney will sure ruin it. Disney has gone down hill with their movies, they just aren't as good as the old ones such as The Lion King (my fav), the little mermaid, Aladdin, etc. and disney being the way they are, will probably make it into some little kids movie. It would be awesome to see a CGI KH movie, but I would PREFER a tv show so they can cover as much as they want. In a movie, at least a 120 minute movie or 190 minute movie, you are limited. Look at all the games/books turned movies. But otherwise, a movie would be cool.

I have written a screenplay for a film adaptation of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep which has yet to be submitted to The Walt Disney Company. Hoping to satisfy fans of the nostolgic Disney era (Hanna Montana, Jonas brothers and Sonny With a Chance "haters"), I plan to make the film the way Walt Disney would do it: by filming it in true CinemaScope and old fashioned film equipment combing Live-action and traditional cell animation with the KH characters computer animated courtesy of Square Pictures.

 

It's set in the real world, circa 1885 with a few historical references and takes places 47 years before KH1, in which Sora, Riku and Kairi (from my interpritation) are the offspring of Terra, Aqua and Ventus. It also features two new villains who play foil character to Terra and Aqua alongside Master Xehanort and Vanitas (who play foil characters to Master Eraqus and Ventus), Tyler and Stylette Rastar (Named from the production company Rastar).

 

I have also given the characters last names as a reference to their name-meaning, Terra Eraqus (I decided to make Master Terre Eraqus his father), Ventus Wind (his Latin name), Aqua Wata (similar to "Water"), Master Xehanort Anather Nohart (reference to "Another" and "No Heart") and Vanitas is Ventus' half-brother (hence the joke of them being related and split apart).

 

I am thinking of conveying the maturity to that of Final Fantasy's dispite being a Disney movie (slight sexual references, profanity and above all, mild violence). And for all you fans who love the game's couples (i.e. SoraxKairi), I intend to include REAL romance such as kissing and "I love you's".

 

I also intend to replace the original worlds with real world locations that shared a connection with Walt Disney and also based on their function or appearence: Harvard University (Land of Departure), the Grand Canyon (Keyblade Graveyard), Rothenburg ob der Tauber (Radient Garden), Neuschwanstein Castle (Hollow Bastion), Chicago, Illinois (Disney Town, Walt was was born there) and Destiny Islands (Florida Key West). The Disney worlds will be displayed as sheets of animation paper with a backround, every single character from what film will be featured voiced by their current voice actors and archive audio of their originals with the old and new soundtrack score.

 

If that weren't enough, I also strengthed the importance of Family in the KH universe, meaning that we get to see the characters parents with names as well as new characters. I, however decided to have Master Xehanort portrayed as Master Eraqus' father and Terra's grandfather as to show why he chose him from my point of view.

 

Don't worry about TAV's Keyblade Armor, I've reinserted the capes as well as a new way of summoning the armor by having the metallic parts covering their bodies from head to toe like and exo-suit (ala the automations from the Syberia trilogy) rather than a flash of light as seen in the game as i felt it to be physically impossible.

 

For the dialogue, I have combined both the original Japanese and offical English translations for the sake of an alliance between the two countries.

Not only did you put it WAY out of timeline, but you messed up the characters, and added one of your own. Making characters that are clearly not related whatsoever. And family, relationships, cursing, ect.... none of that is a part of KH. Only family and relationships are SLIGHTLY mentioned.

 

To put all of my grievances about this... monstrosity... short, you're making another Super Mario Bros movie. Only the characters and important items are the same (barely), with everything else completely wrong and not relating to the game AT ALL.

My interpritation of Kingdom Hearts is what fans want to see, like Aqua falling in love with Ven. I plan to make KH 358/2 Days a love story out of Roxas and Xion's relationship, the plot will still be the same but with a few romance themes.

I was reading some of the comments, and It would also benefit, I mean the disney stuff kids sees these days aren't like the amazing classics that we used to have, this could help them see the best of disney had, hmmm if there was a KH movie would it be cartoon or CG, probably CG

It would definatley ruin what is KH, and no offense to anyone, but I think it's best if there wasn't any couples romance [apart from the disney ones], cause it would keep all pairing fans happy at least. And 47 years before KH1 WTF?! I don't even think TAV were born yet o_o. NO! MATURITY IN A PARTLY OWNED DISNEY FILM, JUST NO... I mean even disney did not approve of a apart of Aqua's back being seen and FF Dissidia was supposed to be KH's side but disney didn't want that much violence, and you think that adding sexual themes and mild violence is gonna work? just no. No, just no. I don't see a KH movie happening at all. Weather or not it;'s in CGI or Live Action. For one, KH doesn't have too big of an audience. KH series would at least have to have a big enough fan-base to have a movie. Like with FF Advent Children. so unless KH gets more recognized with other people, we won't see a KH movie anytime soon. Plus as a few people stated, it would just ruin the whole purpose of KH series. SE would probaby show a KH movie about some KH games, like maybe have a movie about KH1, CoM/Re:CoM, and KH2. And it would probab;y come with three part to it too like with the Avatar:The Last Airbender movie and the new Harry Potter movie as well. I love movies as much as the next person, but I really don't want to have a movie that's based off of a game and would most likely ruin a good series. Like what happened with Avatar:The Last Airbender movie. That just destroyed a really great tv series and I really don't want to see the same thing happen with KH.

Yes, but not if it will have a movie that will completely ruin the series. Just look at Avatar:The Last Airbender movie and New Super Mario Bros movie. A lot of people loved those series and now look, the movies ruined their purpose. That's why I would rather play the games rather than just watch a whole movie of it. So that I will experience the adventure myself. It makes it more fun that way.

I have written a screenplay for a film adaptation of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep which has yet to be submitted to The Walt Disney Company. Hoping to satisfy fans of the nostolgic Disney era (Hanna Montana, Jonas brothers and Sonny With a Chance "haters"), I plan to make the film the way Walt Disney would do it: by filming it in true CinemaScope and old fashioned film equipment combing Live-action and traditional cell animation with the KH characters computer animated courtesy of Square Pictures.

 

It's set in the real world, circa 1885 with a few historical references and takes places 47 years before KH1, in which Sora, Riku and Kairi (from my interpritation) are the offspring of Terra, Aqua and Ventus. It also features two new villains who play foil character to Terra and Aqua alongside Master Xehanort and Vanitas (who play foil characters to Master Eraqus and Ventus), Tyler and Stylette Rastar (Named from the production company Rastar).

 

I have also given the characters last names as a reference to their name-meaning, Terra Eraqus (I decided to make Master Terre Eraqus his father), Ventus Wind (his Latin name), Aqua Wata (similar to "Water"), Master Xehanort Anather Nohart (reference to "Another" and "No Heart") and Vanitas is Ventus' half-brother (hence the joke of them being related and split apart).

 

I am thinking of conveying the maturity to that of Final Fantasy's dispite being a Disney movie (slight sexual references, profanity and above all, mild violence). And for all you fans who love the game's couples (i.e. SoraxKairi), I intend to include REAL romance such as kissing and "I love you's".

 

I also intend to replace the original worlds with real world locations that shared a connection with Walt Disney and also based on their function or appearence: Harvard University (Land of Departure), the Grand Canyon (Keyblade Graveyard), Rothenburg ob der Tauber (Radient Garden), Neuschwanstein Castle (Hollow Bastion), Chicago, Illinois (Disney Town, Walt was was born there) and Destiny Islands (Florida Key West). The Disney worlds will be displayed as sheets of animation paper with a backround, every single character from what film will be featured voiced by their current voice actors and archive audio of their originals with the old and new soundtrack score.

 

If that weren't enough, I also strengthed the importance of Family in the KH universe, meaning that we get to see the characters parents with names as well as new characters. I, however decided to have Master Xehanort portrayed as Master Eraqus' father and Terra's grandfather as to show why he chose him from my point of view.

 

Don't worry about TAV's Keyblade Armor, I've reinserted the capes as well as a new way of summoning the armor by having the metallic parts covering their bodies from head to toe like and exo-suit (ala the automations from the Syberia trilogy) rather than a flash of light as seen in the game as i felt it to be physically impossible.

 

For the dialogue, I have combined both the original Japanese and offical English translations for the sake of an alliance between the two countries.

My interpritation of Kingdom Hearts is what fans want to see, like Aqua falling in love with Ven. I plan to make KH 358/2 Days a love story out of Roxas and Xion's relationship, the plot will still be the same but with a few romance themes.

 

With all due respect, I doubt that fans of KH want to see a fanfiction translated to the big screen, instead of the game and story itself.

 

Your comment, actually, hits the nail on the head as to why I don't want a KH movie. The people making it will probably change up a LOT of things to make it appeal to a larger audience, and as a result, please no one.
