Her only powers are to manipulate the memories of Sora and those connected to him. That is why they called her a "witch". She cannot do anything that MF can do. Now unless Namine had figure changing abilities and time traveling, as well as the ability to pwn just about everyone, then it would be more likely, but, there have been no signs of this, so, no evidence towards it. Speculating in Kingdom Hearts is usually ridiculous because you can never really guess what the game is going to be about. Although if MF controls time...namine could have gone back in time...nah.
