Marina kind of scoffed. "Belive me. I have a kind heart when needed. But they have done to much. They threw a nuke at that world. A NUKE! That thing destroyed half of Hollow Bastion. And murdered over 100 keyblade wielder allies. If we hold back,where are we going to end?Begguing on our knees for their mercy?I don't think so..."Marina says looking down. Killing was a horrible thing to do,she knew that well,but it was not like if hse had much or a choice.

"In war we fight and we kill but feel good about killing I'll never understand that I'll do anything in my power to end the war but even I maybe kill someone but that will be the last thing I do" Lyon got the armor pad off the floor. "I promise I'll be a better person then you"

Alex rested his arms around his head. "You could always, you know, not kill anyone." Lyon looked at him. "I've been in this war for 2 months. My mom was killed the same time her's was. This is all I have left of her." Alex held the locket around his neck. "Everyone has their own way of doing things, but my philosophy is: why stoop to their level? Why mercilessly kill what may be to us as nameless soldiers, just like they do to us? To this day, I have yet to kill a single enemy soldier. No one has come up to me about it, so why not just do that?"

Marina scoffed. "We'll see about that."Marina says crossing her arms and staring at Lyon. Not even one hour and she already had a new enemy to add to the list. But this one was a keyblade wielder. So she would avoid fights with him as much as possible. She walked pass by him. "I never did liked killing. But after so many deaths,so much war in so much time. My feelings of humanity just went numb. When we go on a mission. You will see what I mean. I assure you that."Marina says in a soft voice. Trying not to act like an enemy towards him. She looked at Alex. "Sometimes,killing is the only option you have. Atleast for me,it has been like that for many years."Maina says as she walked away. She needed to think.

Lyon thought for a minute that Marina was right but Alex showed him the way "Thank you, Alex I now know what to do". As Marina by Lyon he said"I'll show you, your wrong" Lyon now had to not only get stronger with his keyblade but at heart too. "Alex, is there anywhere that I can train here?"

Marina chuckled under her mask. Then she stopped and turned to Alex. "Alex,thanks. For fixing my mask. Lyon. Better get your behind ready cause when your first mission comes,Stalh won't go easy on ya."Marina says as she walks away. "(He dosn't know the true meaning of it. I don't think I know myself either.)"Marina thinks. "Want to show me wrong?Then stop this whole war. Or atleast. Become strong."Marina says jokeking a bit. She walks out of the room. But on the way,her picture falls on the floor.

Alex watched Marina walk away. She still hasn't said anything. She still won't tell me the truth... Alex turned to Lyon. "Hey, I'm relatively new here too. If you want a place to train, you should probably talk to Stahl. Word of advise though: just shut up and say 'yes sir' a lot. Like I said before, he kinda has a stick up his ass." Alex began to walk away. "Hey, if you ever want to talk to someone who has something to say other than 'The WPA must die!!' or 'My dead family demands vengeance!!', just come talk to me."

"Thank you I think" Lyon said as Alex walk away. "Hmm I think I've got an idea of where to train" Lyon close his eyes and the next thing he knew he was in his awakening. "Now I can train all I want and mostly lose no time at all" Lyon summon his keyblade as did know Shadow heartless pop of nowhere Lyon swung his keyblade at the Shadows but miss one, that one came from Lyon's back and attacks Lyon. Lyon fall to the floor his keyblade fall out of his hands as he did.

Marina goes and sits on a rock. Confused and wondering how to fix the messed up puzzle that was her ind at the moment. Lyon's words didn't seem to,but they peirced deeply into Marina's conceous and made her wonder. "(OK...I have been told that the only way to get my peace of mind back was to help destroy the WPA. And so it has been for years. Then I helped a WPA,then I'm back into this vengence thing...argh. I don't even know what's going on in me right now.)"Marina thinks. She looks up. "(Maybe I should tell Alex about the whole WPA thing. He might have good advice. But...what if he tells on me?)"Marina thinks wondering.

that creature looked humanoid, but it was far taller an a regular human, and more muscular than one too. it had hunting gear, which looked highly advanced. its uniform was unlike anything ive ever seen, it had a real skull of a human on its beltbuckle, and it long dreadlocks for hair. it pointed a laser at our foreheads, it was about to shoot. i summoned my keyblade and i hit him in the face, his mask fell off and it revealed a completely alien face with mandibles like an ant and a slimy transparent bile covering his entire face, it growled at us.

 

 

 

it looked like a mutated crab. " ugh...dont you own a mirror?!" i said, then blades came out out of its wrist, i blocked them all with my keyblade, then it pushed something on its wrist and it disappeared. 'camouflage... it was silent for a minute. i then heard a twig snap, it was right behind me. i could hear it breath, it was disgusting. it appeared again almost hitting me with a large razor sharp blade. it let out a low growl, i jumped backwards. the humanoid creature was between me and quentin.

 

 

it looked at quentin then it looked at me, it smiled at me, exposing many piranha-like teeth. it wanted me. it charged at me with its full strength, he pushed me and threw me against a tree, i looked up and there was a corpse of a person that was clearly decapitated, its skin ripped off, and it was hanged upside down. "what the firetruck are you?!" i said to it, it just gave me a creepy smile.

Marina shakes her head. She sees Alex walking away to another part of the building. Marina thinks for a little bit. "(Well...he's always in a care-free liek attitude,amybe he won't get that mad,right?)"Marina thinks. She stands up and jumps from the rock. "Hey,Alex,wait up!"Marina says as she follows him. "(Well,I gotta tell someone sooner or later,I hope he dosn't hate me for this though.)"Marina thinks. She gets to him. "I have something to tell ya."Marina says.

The thing pushed Quentin back a coupdle steps to the ground then picked up Inverse, she was slashing at it, not much damage was going on, it threw her to the ground, it roarded in som,e strange language and then pull4ed out some sort of gun. Quentin saw a shotgun with a clip of ammo in it, he reached for it an dgrabbed it, it wass about to fire on Inverse when he aimed and puleld the trigger.

'Headshot.' Quentin thought, the thing's head blew appart and off of the body, it fell tot he ground, light green blood was oozing out of it. Quentiun slowly offered his hand to Inverse, she slowly took it.

"That was insane."

"I can't lose" Lyon summon his keyblade back to his side, then cut down the last shadow that attact him. "I'm so weak can't even beat some shadows" Lyon thought to himself. "You want power, boy? I'll give you and that weak heart of yours what you need, boy--- hate" as the unknown voice said this, Lyon fall into a pool of his own darkness. Lyon was now lost in a world of his own darkness "Why is it alway like this? why can't I do anything on my own? Why can't I be like Alex....?"

"yeah...i have a feeling that theres more, i looked at the creatures belt buckle again, a light was beeping." then its body started to move, i decapitated the alien, its head rolled. "we need to get out of here, and the only reason i follow you is because i have no choice, especially since Alister has millions of friends on apparently the keyblade wielder side, which will try to kill me because apparently Alister is in tights with guy named defoe. who put bounty on my head, which makes me public enemy #1."

 

 

i was really in a foul mood, quentin was about to say something "....and not to mention that we are stuck on another world with possibly more mutated crabs on steroids walking around. any questions?" i was really fed up, i have no idea where i am, and i was almost hunted down by a radioactive crab. 'man...i wish i was a hotel in a villa, getting massages...enjoying a five star meal, but no...defoe had to just put a bounty on my head, making Alister go after me. all along i was helping the keyblade wielders, which i have absolutely no interest in joining in a causeless war. i sighed. "lets just move out and hope we dont run into anymore of those things." i said as i nodded towards the decapitated alien carcass, we moved on forward. i then heard a noise, i gestured him to stand still, then a man showed up from the bushes. he looked tired, and pointed an Assault Rifle at us. "its ok we're human." i said, he slowly put it down.

 

 

"what is this place? why are you here?" i asked him. "you dont know? this is Yaujta Prime, a hunting reserve for those freaks. by the way im dutch." he said, hes a very muscular man, with very strong masculine features in his face, his hair was short and brown, and his eyes are blue. "nice to meet you, im leslie and this is quentin. what are they hunting?" i asked. "we are the hunt." he said grimly, then more people started to show up there were about ten of them.

Quentin sighed.

"wonderful." He said. He looekd at them.

"Thise are old WPA uniforms, how long have you been here?" Quentin asked, the men looked at his fingers and started counting.

"Eh... about 13 of em now." He said.

"13 months?" He aske,d the man shook his head.

"No, years." HE said, Quentin sighed.

"Alright, take us to your camp." Quentin said, the man nodded. they both followed him until they reached a small settlement, Dutch looked at Leslie.

"She a keyblade weilder?" HE asked, Quentin sighed.

"Yeah, you gonna shoot at her?" He asked.

"Eh, we figured it don't matter anymore." He said, Quentin sighed. One of the guys brought wood and put it in the middle, they started a fire.

"YOu hungry?" One of them asked, Quentin looekd to him.

"What you have food?" HE asked, the man looekd at him. and then puleld out a strange meet on a stick.

"Eh, if you sear cowrat meat just enough, it taste's liek chicken." HE said, He handed Quentin the stick, Quentin nodded and took a bite.

"Yeah, not bad." quentin said. He finished and watched the fire, today just wasn't his day. It was nioght fall, the others had gone to sleep, he felt a bit drowsy but just sat there, the fire kept burning.

4 hour had pass by now in the real world but in the awakening world Lyon has been in his awakening for 8000 hour, Lyon had now got out of that pool of his own darkness but had to fight more heartless then ever before in his life. "How long will this keep going?" the darkness in Lyon heart had started to make Lyon a powerful fighter but he had to find to lose and lose to find this power. A Groups of heartless pop up again and again but now when Lyon swung his keyblade at the heartless it was a one hit K.O.

Marina sighs and looks at Alex. "You're probably gonna hate me,but I belive in you to listen first. Quentin Victor didn't escape with his parthner all on his own. I...helped him..."Marina says rubbing the back of her neck. Alex steared at her. Marina takes a deep breath and sighs. "He letted me live so many times when he could have killed me. I just felt that I needed to return the favor,so I did by helping him escape. I pretended to get shot and got Stalh out of the room. Then he got his parthner and I helped him get on one of the ships. I even suggested him to take off the tracking device under the seat."Marina says. She looked down wondering what he would say.

i found myself some where dark, i could hear defoe laughing, i started to run but there was nowhere out. i was inside a pitch black maze, i was panting and sweating. the maze started to collapse, i kept running then everything kept falling apart, soon i was on a cliff, more pieces of the ground started to fall, defoe was on the edge with his keyblade, i looked down the cliff there were many dead bodies stacked, including Quentin's. defoe came closer and closer, with a demonic smile, i stumbled backwards and i grabbed the ledge grabbing it for dear life. pieces of the ledge started to fall of and then it broke, i was falling and falling....

 

 

i immediately opened my eyes, i found myself panting, and sweating. the fire was still burning, quentin was awake, it was all a dream. 'why hasn't he killed me yet? or even tried to? he could have made lots of dough if he turned me in. alive or dead, he is a soldier from a side he was suppose to hate keyblade wielders, but then again i didnt kill him when i had the chance either, even though im suppose to hate the WPA. my head started to hurt. "look,im a keyblade wielder, your WPA i should be dead a long time ago. why arent you trying to kill me?" i asked him.

Quentin sighed and looked at her.

"Because considering our numbers, that wouldn't be a good idea, also considering you've got more magic in a pinky then any of us do in all our bodies combined, it wouldn't be a smart choice." Quentin said. He sighed and got up, she stepped towards him.

"Not to mention WPA don't kill keyblade weidlers because they're keyblade weilders, we kill them because of what they are and what they follow... an evil egotistical series of leaders who wish to do away with us, remember the genocide of Traverse Town and Destiny islands, everyone was wiped out, all that were left were keyblade weilders, they were threatning to spread, then the WPA got involved and that kickstarted the whole war, and Visari had been keeping it burning in they're blood the whole time." Quentin said, he looked at the fire again. He then looekd at her.

"And personally I hate them." He said, she stared at him. He looked away.

i bit my lip. of course i heard about it but i didnt think it would be that many deaths to be called a genocide, maybe the media lied after all. the fire kept burning and crackling. "i understand, and i dont blame you. why do you hate them?" i asked, he took a deep breath i could see anger and sadness in his eyes.

"Because well... when I was young... maybe 1 or something, my parents were in the WPA military, from what I was told my dad was very much involved, and my mom joined to be with him, they had me and were both conscripted out to duty in... Traverse Town. So they left me wiuth some friends of the family back in Twilight Town. i don't remember anything... nothing about them, next thing I know, I'm being taken care of in this WPA program, build the soldiers of tomorrow or something, when I was five I asked my caretaker a drill sargent why I didn't have parents... He told me they died in Traverse Town... i didn't know what happened there but i was sad nontheless...then when I was twelve I asked the same drill sargent about it...he said they were killed by keyblade weilders... I didn't know how to react to this... then I talked to someone who were friends with them... she told me all about them, and what happened years ago... I knew from then on keyblade weilders were true evil." HE said, she looekd at him.

"But it doesn't end there... I realized from history that whenever something happens to the worlds, it was because of the keyblade weidlers... The great keyblade war, Xehanort... Sora." He said, she stared at him.

"Heartless followed him to other worlds because he had the key... countless lives were destroyed because he just couldn't stay put and let the worlds deel with it." Quentin said, Leslie looekd at him and stepped towards him he turned away.

Quentin slowly looked and stared at her. He breathed deeply

"Because of them... I had no childhood, no one did, they were no guardians of the light, they were demons possessing powers nobody should have, They murdered so many, so many civilians and WPA soldiers alike, I don't blame Visari for making them seem just and heroic, they were monsters, all of them are, some may seem good, but really it's a disguise to hide the evil they really are, I've seen it myself... They'll never quit until the universe is free of people like me." Quentin said. Leslie tried to step towards him, he stepped back.

"The keyblade does not save and protect people from the darkness, it entices it, the keyblade will not save those you hold dear... It will onlly destroy more lives!" Quentin finished. Leslie stopepd for a moment taking it all in.

John was in the mountains of Land of Dragons. He saw keyblade partol.'' I think the base is up ahead if they have this much people protecting it.''said John as he got out a phone.'' This is commarder John, Requesting an air attack on the mountain.''asked John.'' Sorry, we can't. We have no reason to attack the mountains.''said the guy at the other side. John then put his phone away.'' Guess I need to gather many foot soldiers from near by base of the world army.''said John as he then went on his phone again.'' Accepted. Sending about 10 troops for your commard,''said the soldier on the other side. John is now going to wait for the soldiers to come.

Lyon swung his keyblade at the heartless senting a powerful wave of darkness and light destroying countless heartless. "I'm ready.... to end this war....." Lyon said right before he open a road of light with his keyblade then walking into it. Lyon awoke to find that everything was the same beside himself, Lyon blue eyes were now golden with a hopeless look in it, his black hair was now silver. "Now where is everyone" Lyon begin to look around the base for anyone.

"i understand what you feel but, it doesn't mean it will come to that. the keyblade itself doesn't cause destruction, only the people that wield it do." i said, he shook his head in disagreement. "don't believe me? im living proof. im not in the war fighting you. hell if i wanted to, you'd be dead already but no, i wouldnt want to fight in a a purely causeless war, in fact i want to end it."

 

i cant believe i just said that...in fact do i? this is funny...i would only do things that are worth my while and to save my own ass from the Alister and the draft but now...i just want it to stop....and am i starting to like him?...he wouldnt like a keyblade bearer like me...he hates people like me.' quentin looked at me with an unreadable expression. "look, i dont now if this would be any consolation to you but as a keyblade bearer, and even though i ain't one of them- im sorry about your family. its truly a horrible crime that no human should ever commit." i said sincerely as i back off slightly he came closer.

 

' no one should ever go through that....and from the looks of things, since they only kill non-keyblade wielders...it sounds like they are creating a master race, they're like Nazis from earth who rose to power in that world's second world war...i heard about it went i went there once, i cant use a keyblade there for some reason...'

 

 

the night was still young, the fire continue to crackle. 'this key has caused so much strife and yet why do i wield it? why did it choose me? im not corrupt...ok maybe a little, but not beyond twistedly corrupt like the others are. hell i practically ran away from home as soon as i heard that there was a draft. i was only 13 i was barely gonna graduate from the magical academy and earn my color, then that asshole defoe showed up and wrote my name and put it in the draft. 'you have the potential to lead us to victory, leslie. with you we can create a new world order where we can get rid of the scum of the earth.'

i can remember him saying that, that would really bug me that he would come around to say that to me. he spared my family because i was the only one who could wield the keyblade truly and i made him sign a contract. my family may be powerful sorcerers but they cant keep their magic full forever, thats when he would strike when their weak.' my head started to hurt again, quentin looked at me still and i looked at him.

Quentin looked at her for a moment.

'Did she just appologize?' He thought in his mind, he looked at her face for a moment, she was rather pretty, he breathed slowly and then turned around.

"Save your breath, I never knew my family..." Quentin said, he slowly waled back a few paces and sat back down.

"From as far as we've known, the keyblade is why so many people suffer, and I don't really consider you as much a keyblade weilder as a magic user.".. and how is this war causeless? We're fighting to stop a genocide, have you ever seen Stahl?" He said, she sighed. He sat back.

"but thank you for not killing me, even though I suppose you should thank me since I could of shot you in the head back there instead of ordering you to back down." He teased, she slowly smiled.

"so what are you gonna do when your gone? Go after the resistance group that betrayed you?"
