"And this time, I'll perform the excecution myself... so you don't get away." He said. He inserted ammo into the pistol, it closed it up, and put to Quentin's head.

"Now, Quentin Victor, Lieutenant 2nd class, baine of the KWU... any last words?" He asked. Quentin looked at him.

"Yeah, firetruck you." He said.

we came to the base, there were already soldiers there, prepared with many more tanks and people than us. the other half came back from destroying the other base, now we are at full capacity. then a high-ranking officer walked right infront of his army. "retreat now and you get to walk away with your lives....leslie inverse, i thought you were a mercenary, not a rebel." he said. "well this war has no cause anymore...a war without a cause is just a lost cause in itself!" i yelled, he just chuckled. "silly girl, you understand nothing. just give up now." he said. "not...on your life." i said, then my army started to shoot at them, and so did i.

Stalh smirked an evil smirk. He got the revolver ready and was about to shoot. "Don't!"Marina says. She gasps and covers her mouth. She ratted herself out. Stahl looked back and lowered the revolver. "Who's there?"Stalh asks with a menacing tone. Marina cmae out from behind the pillar. He glared at her with a mencacing look. "You were told to stay outside. And why would you keep this flithty scum alive?"Stalh asks. Marina didn't knew the answer herself. She cleared her throath. "Ahem. Sir,wouldn't you enjoy your victory more by killing them infront of the army,AFTER we have taken control of their bases nearby?"Marina asks. She was shaking trying to make a good escuse of why the heck did she interrupted.

Stahl stared at her.

"Base nearby? We've destroyed all they're forces, the only ones left, are the ones in this room. He said, quentin saw The commander was in a cell looking down.

"this scum needs to die for what he did, now, oir he'll get away." He said. Quentin looked at him.

"Oh really, and shouldn't it be someone in th efiretrucking military killing me?" quentin asked. The soldiers looked at eachother.

"I mean, aren't you just a civillian who just happens to own an arming company for the KWU?" quentin asked, Stahl gave him a death glare.

"And yet, look who's come up on top, only comes to show, the keyblade chooses winners, it did in Traverse Town, and did here." He said. MArina's eyes widened.

"I heard you had family there, how does it feel to lose loved ones because of the government's own inability to protect it's people?" HE asked. MArina stared at him.

Marina just steared. She slowly looked down and away. She didn't know how to react. Or what to even say. Stalh seemed waiting for an answer. "...I...It...It feels...that a trust has been broken,and it can never be re-fixed?"Marina says. Stalh laughs and then points the revolver at Quentin's head and gets ready to shoot. "Wait."Marina says. Stalh glared at her with a look that just said 'next time you talk you're dead'. Marina gulped. "Sir...what is our true pourpuse?Are we really fighting for peace...or have you and the high ranks been using us keyblade wielders for war and invasion pourpuses?"Marina asks remembering what Quentin told her. The keyblade wielder soldiers all steared at her and then at Stalh. Marina felt that she was playing with fire and was going to get burn.

Stahl sighed and stared at her again.

"how ignorant are you Rocerant?" He asked, she looked at him.

"Visari died because of incompetence like you." He said, she looekd down.

"We're fighting for revenge, to destroy these WPA scum... in order for the universe to be free, the WPA must die, that was Visari's decison 16 years ago, that is my decison now!" He sadi, MArina stared at him. He looked tot eh other soldiers.

"So any problems?" He asked, they shook they're heads, one spoke up for the rest.

"Nope, we're good, the WPA sucks." He said, Stahl nodded, he looked to MArina, he placed the pistol at quentin's head AGAIN, Quentin was sighing hoping this guy would just kill him already.

"Any problems?" HE asked lookign at her.

Marina steared at him. "...no sir. The WPA deserves to dissapear from the excistence of this universe."Marina says. She looked down. "Good. Now unless you have something else to say before I get interrupted?"Stalh asks. Marina shakes her head. "No sir."Marina says. She gives a 'sorry' yet cold like look to Quentin. Like if she felt sorry for him but at the same time deserve to die. Stalh got ready and Marina looks slightly away.

(Note how he said 16 years ago instead of 15, which meant visari had somethign to do with that genocide.)

 

Quentin sighed.He looekd around on him, he was held down by two KWU soldiers, his feet were strapped tot he ground, and Stahl was holding a pistol to his head.

'Well, time to take my destiny into my own hands.' eh thought sighing, he had an idea. Stahl clenched his finger on the trigger about to fire, he immediately moved his right shoulder causing Stahl to fire , but instead caus4ed him to missfire on one of the soldiers, who fell down to the ground, he dropped the pistol which quentin caught and then shot the other soldier, he quickly indid the straps on his feet. He fired at the immediate threats and then started running.

"Kill the WPA dog!" He yelled. Quentin got behind cover.

Marina saw all of this. Stalh simply glared at her. Marina noded and started to run around. She used her blades ability and scanned the area. She could see soldiers shooting magic spells at Quentin. Quentin was taking complete cover. He started to shoot a few rounds and some soldiers got hit. Quentin started to run away. Marina found a way and started to run. She saw a small left over revolver from appeareantly one of the WPA soliders. One of them must have dropped it inthe whole attack. Marina picked it up and started to run. She found a small shortcut. She hid and waited for Quentin. As she was expecting and seeing,he was running towards the direction. Next thing he knows Marina gets the revolver,gets a good aim and shoots him right in the ribcage. Missing the heart and lung,but causing some pain. "You idiot. Could you have atleast waited?"Marina asks as she walks over to him with the gun at hand and raising it.

Quentin stared at her.

"Oh, like you really care enough about me, some who 'should dissipear from existence'." Quentin said. She aiemd the gun at him. HE immediately took it with his hand, and held his gun.

"If you aim a gun, you better be prepaired to shoot, they're not easy like your keyblades." HE said, he needed to get to the exit. She looekd at him. HE held his side.

"(Even in his freaking attitude...)"Marina thinks. She keeps the gun pointed at his head. She looks up and thinks for a good while. She then sighs. "I have met and encountered many WPA soldiers over the years. And you're the first one that didn't try to kill me even though you had the upper hand many times. You gave me more chances to live than any other WPA soldier I have recorded."Marina says. She heard some footsteps and was in between yelling and reporting that he was here or just letting him go. "And...you're the first one...that knew the real thruth,and actually told me about it,before I did something idiotic."Marina says sincerely. She clicked the gun and lowered it.

"I'd only wish'ed you listenned." Quentin said, he slowly peqaked out of cover.

"He's not here." One of them said. The other oen looked at him.

"It doesn't matter, we have that comander Stahl can kill." He said, Quentin's look widened.

"The commander." HE thought in his mind. he looekd at her.

"Alright, so are you with me, or with them, because I'm going to need to get someone out of here and could use the help." HE said.

Marina thinks for a while as she spins the gun in her hand with one finger. "Hm. Leaving you on your own or help you get your friend back. Either way Stalh will just rant about it to everyone..."Marina says. Her eyes glow blue. Stalh was in the extreme lock down facility with Quentin's ally. Usually those facilities would be used for 'special' or really dangerous prisoners. There for it was a seperate building but with more guard than the main building itself. "He might end up killing me...but what the heck. I'll help ya."Marina says.

"Alright, but he's not my friend, hell I barely know him." Quentin said, she nodded. They looekd out, John was in a cell, Stahl was standing in front of him.

"So, your the fool who lead the troops here..." he mocked, Quentin looked and saw there was a key on the door, and a number pad. HE looked to MArina.

"Alright, Stahl doesn't know enough yet, I need you to get the keys on that desk, somehow bring it to me, and get Stahl to leave the room for five minutes, then I can get him out of here." he said.

"Then hopefully we can use the shuttle to leave."

Marina steared at him and noded. She then took out a worned out cloak. "Get this on,quickly."Marina says. Then she looks at his bloody shirt. "I have an idea to make him leave."Marina says. She lifted his shirt a bit and felt the shotgun wound. She then took her hand back to see it filled with his blood. She passed it by her shirt. "Hope he belives it."Marina says. She took the revolver and shotted a shot to the air. She pushed Quentin away and entered the room. "Sir,Quentin Victor has been spotted at the tank cintaiment area."Marina says holding her her side like if she had been shot. "Why did you not stop him?!"Stalh asks. "Er,he locked one of the tanks and is trying to call for back up and give away our status for war at the moment."Marina says trying to make it belivable. While she acted that she was injured,she moved near the desk and grabbed the keys without him notecing all.

"Why that son of A BITCH!" Stahl yelled, he walked away, Marina followed then walked backwards an dhanded Quentin the keys. He took them and thne walked to the commander's cell, he seemed to be knocked out. Quentin opened the cage and slowly puleld him ut, he felt pain in his chest but kept going, he dragged him until they got to a hanger, Stahl had one of his dropships in there, quentin pulled John into one of the seats then looekd around for any medical devices, there was none, he sighed and got into the pilot seat, he opened the hangar doors, he looked to Marina.

"you wanna come along, or stay here?" He asked.

Marina looked at him. She was about to say something when she heard the angry yells of Stahl from the other side of the camp. She looked down and then back at him. "Would be fun,but I need to stay around when he gets all fiesty. I don't want my friends taking any of the blame or punishments because of my actions. Besides,I have a friend here that doesn't deserve any of this crap. So I will need to check up with him before I go anywhere."Marina says. She pulled out a comm and threw it to him. "Will warn you if he does any faul play though."Marina says. Even though for doing all of this,her punishment would be severe. She didn't seem to care. She used a curaga spell on both of them and healed them. "I suggest for you to hack the tracking device under the controls before going. Good luck."Marina says as she closes the door and backs away.

Alex had been secretly watching everything that Marina had done, and felt devestated. The only person I've met here who was willing to give me anything more than a gance of hatred, and she helps out our enemies.... Alex walked back outside, sitting one the chair he had been in before Marina left. He looked up and saw Marina walk back torwards him. She sat down in the chair beside him. "So.... you never actually finished explaining what had you so upset. Wanna talk?

it turned out to be a bloodbath. as soon as we and they ran out of ammo, the solders got out their bayonets, stabbing some of my men to death, but we advanced forward then the men that were flanking behind me were being blown out of the sky, we were in a mine field. men and women were dying everywhere, some that were lucky enough to survive the minefields had their limbs blown off and they were on the floor crawling. 'happy 17th birthday to me..' i summoned my keyblade just cutting down soldiers, like if they were animals. the base was still standing alister, flanked behind me his clothes were bloody and burnt.

 

"they got most of us." he said panting. "...but we got most of them." i said. we hid behind a blown-up truck with 5 others. "we need to shift powers to make sure there arent any snipers ok? alister cover me." i said, i went on ahead advancing towards the base, then shots came at me, a sniper was on the rooftop. he kept shooting at me, he got me once in the foot. "at my 5 O'Clock!" i said, then alister shot him down, he and the others ran towards me, i used my healing magic. i checked my status, i was low on magic again because i mostly had to cure others and myself. we moved in to the base, it was very quiet...too quiet.

Marina looked at Alex. Then she looked down. "Quentin Victor told me that it wasn't the goverment who started the war. But the keublade wieders. That it was our allies making and actions that caused all of this. I didn't belived him,but then he showed ne this."Marina says when she shows him the visor that Quentin showed it. It showed a bunch of keybalde wielders killing people around.

Quentin looekd to her and nodded.

"you too." He said, he looked to the pilot controls and started the engines. He put his hand under the chair and found a small red blinking light, he tossed it out, he put his hand to hsi stomach, despite the healing it still hurt. He slowly flew out. HE looekd over the landscape.

"Well, leaving was easier my second time around." EH said to himself, he sighed.

"So when we left, these guys were all that's left, then when I came back, this guy was the only survivor... damn they're ruthless." EH thought in his mind. HE looekd over the landscape, it looked like a newclear wasteland, he changed the frequency and called command.

"Sir, the WPA force in HB has been eliminated, the survivors are returning to Twilight Town." Quentin said.

"Victor, what happened back there?" They asked. he sighed.

"It turns out instead of actual excecutions, this guy decided to put the keyblade weilders in labor camps for whatever reason, then last night there was a rebellion, the WPA forces were quickly neutralized. and Stahl's alive." Quentin said.

"Very well, when you return we will spend the next xouple weeks assessing this threat, be sure to tell the commander that... Anything else?" HE said.

"Sir, this guy also tod me he planed to leave HB to attack Land of the dragons." He said.

"Hm, we have no records of such a planned attack, he was just plannign to leave HB to attack? Without our permission? Very irrisponsible." The general said. Quentin ssighed.

'Sounds like he's getting in some hot water.'

"I'm sorry about his men though, they should of tried to re-establish contact, not round up forces to 'travel'." He said. Quentin nodded.

"Alright, we can talk about this more when we get there sir." quentin said. He continued flying out towards Twilight Town.

(Eh, Terraxaqua34, sorry if I'm being rude about what the're saying about your character, but I just feel we need to be realistic about this his superiors would probably be very annoyed with what he planned to do without informing them, also taking over a planet takes months, not days, just controlling a castle won't give you the upper hand if there are still enemy forces occupying the rest of the planet, just pointing it out.)

Alex looked at the video showing all the Keyblade wielders slaughtering people. He was silent for a moment, then he shrugged. "So?" Marina stared at him in disbelief. "Our leaders fed us misinformation to keep us fighting in the war. That honestly surprise you? Well, what they did was horrible, no doubt about it. I don't know why they did that.... but that's not why I'm fighting. I'm not fighting to help give Keyblade wielders control over all worlds. I'm not fighting to destroy the WPA. I'm fighting for two reasons: the first being to bring peace to the worlds, the second being...." Alex looked down. "....I don't want to die." Alex looked up again, putting on his trademark cheerful face. "But hey, as long as I have people like you that I can trust, I'll be fine."

Marina stears at him. "(He doesn't see that they're making us fight only to cause more war...)"Marina thinks. She then smiles back at him. "Well,the universe needs more people like you. Not people that overreact to everything."Marina says slightly and playfully punching his shoulder without hurting him. She then looked down. "Man I'm tired. Haven't sleept in three days."Marina says as she rocks her chair and lays back on it.

After a couple hours they finally landed at Twilight Town, he was given clearance and got onto the landing pad, he exited the craft, The commander was still knocked out, a medical cart came to check on him, Quentin put the comm inhis pocket and walked out to the main office. Kazaac and Narville were still there detailing what exactly happened, they stopped and looekd at Quentin, the general turned and looekd at him.

"You have returned, very good." He said, Quentin nodded, he sat down at the table next to KAzaac. Quentin noticed the man seemed bothered by something.

"something the matter sir?" Quentin asked.

"Oh it's nothign there was jsut a rebel attack on our bases, it was led by... Leslie Inverse." HE said, quentin looekd at him.

"...you're joking, she's a merc." Quentin said. The man shrugged.

"I'm not sure of her alliegences but she lead an attack on our sothern base, and we've gotten some losses, she attempted to attack the northern one, but most of her men are dead, and she's in a minefield." HE said. Quentin nodded.

"Yeah, i ran into her once, she's a bit overconfident, and she doesn't really care about the war at all, which I'm thankful for because her family are very powerful magic users." HE said, The general nodded.

"Yes, anyways we will start questioning commander (insert last name here) once he awakens to her eout his true intentions back at HB, until them rest, we can ask you what happened later." he said, Quentin nodded. the general pased him a key, he took it.

"I'm sorry about the men lost at Hollow Bastion." HE said. Quentin nodded.

"thank you sir." Quentin said walking out, it was late in twilight Town, Kazaac walked beside him.

Alex stared forward, no longer making eye contact with Marina. I'm sitting right beside a girl who I saw, with my own eyes, helping our enemies, and now she's telling me that the people who slaughtered my mom aren't the bad guys, but we are. Alex held his locket tightly, and close to his chest. "What do I do..." he whispered. Alex then turned back to Marina. "Want to head back into one of the ships for a bit? I'm tired of looking at this camp, and God knows how much radiation is in me right now."
