Keyblader 325 Posted March 19, 2011 You get this Command Style by getting a rank of Fantastic on the Desert Paradise Ice Cream Shooter on Master Difficulty (Correct me if that is not the correct song and rank.) To use this Command Style, you must use a Ice Cream to activate any other Command Style, and there will be a 20% chance that the Frozen Fortune Command Style will be activated, you should have lots of Ice Cream if you did well against the Prize Pods, so you should easily get it in a few Ice Creams.
