DChiuch 5,773 Posted March 9, 2011 Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, a remake of Kingdom Hearts coded, has continued to sell well since its release. Re:coded, which first released on 7 October 2010 in Japan, was later released in North America on 11 January 2011. Recently, sales data of January 2011 in Japan for Nintendo DS games has been released, and according to the NPD Group, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded has topped the chart. This can be seen to the right. Of course, this is good news for the Kingdom Hearts series as it shows that even the minor games prove to be popular and worthwhile for Square Enix.
