During the timeline of the games, this battle takes place between the destruction of the LoD and the final battles at the Keyblade Graveyard. During this time, Ven was still around, MX was waiting at the Keyblade Graveyard, Yen Sid was at Mysterious Tower, Xemnas didn't exist, and Ansem the Wise was at Radient Garden, not even knowing there were other worlds, thus disproving all your theories on who it could be. xinname 1 Posted March 1, 2011 k here I go. maybe ansem (or someone) built a time machine to undo what xehanort had done, but he thought ven, Aqua, and Terra were part of his gimmick, so he fought them. Or MF is a completely new character, like a new apprentice that xehanort is using just in case Sora and Riku come and kick his butt. Ansem did say he did terrible things to Sora and his friends. Well, he is just a kid who's learning to be a scientist under Vexen. As far as we know, he can't fight. Also, there is the whole thing about the size difference.
