hatok 6,413 Posted February 26, 2011 There's is a reason it's called shocking. The ending isn't going to be something you can easily guess, like Vanitas will return. The whole point of shock is to bes unexpected, a twist people either don't expect, or don't think will actually happen. Here's a quick example. Suppose a villain in a theoretical videogame decided he wanted to destroy the universe, luckily, the Hero embarks on a quest, collecting 7 mystic relics that will stop the villain from succeeding. In order to get a relic, the Hero must traverse 7 dangerous dungeons, and defeat 7 evil guardian creatures. Then, suddenly, when the hero acquires the 5th relic, the villain successfully destroys the universe, and the game REALLY begins. The element of randomness, that the villain succeeds, and before the hero can even complete his task, creates shock by breaking the norm. KH3D's ending has been proclaimed by Nomrua to 'change how we had thought of KH up until now' How does a villain everybody knows is returning accomplish this? Coffeemug 1 Posted February 26, 2011 lol maybe you defeat the main villain (from the trailer i expect ansem SoD and xemnas)then it turns out that maleficent WAS the supreme villain and xehanort's 2 beings were being controlled by her after MX fell. and they would explain how all this happend in bbsv2 when maleficent goes to radiant garden, takes control of Ansemthewise's apprentences through their experiments with darkness and renames the world "hollow bastion" later on xemnas forms org.XIII and overruns maleficent and that's why she hates nobodies heh heh.(note: i based this theory out of bascicly nothing so it's not what i think will happen, just another example of a shocking ending that'll change the way we think of kingdomhearts, which to my intrest, seems to tie together with the series pretty well.though it sounds unlikely) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Coanvis 2 Posted April 3, 2011 Tetsuya Nomura has revealed a secret in an interview. He said that Kingdom Hearts 3D will have a shocking ending. Of course to unlock the secret ending you'll have to do some kind of specialy hard task (inless you're in Proud or Critical mode. When I first heard about this news, the first thing that came to mind was Kairi dying. I don't know why I thought this but what ever. What do think is gonna happen?
